If you don't remember, Lord Roiben Rye and Kaye are the rulers of the Court of Termites and they first appear in The Queen of Nothing, in the Battle of the Serpent.
I will inform you that if you want there are also books dedicated to them written by Holly Black (it's a trilogy, I'm pretty sure the first one is "Tithe").
