Chapter 7. Olympus

Third Person POV

Zeus was watching his wife, Hera in preparing their travel to the Yviera Kingdom. The one the the five elements built.

It has been a decade since Yviera Kingdom was built and still it is doing well. The Yviera is improving over the years but the spirit of their role as protectors and users of elements are still on their hearts. Hindi pa rin nila nakalimutan na mag-alay at magpasalamat sa lumikha sa kanila at sa mga iba pang Olympian Gods.

"Malapit na ang pagpunta natin sa Yviera." Apollo, one of the gods said. "Any plans?" Tanong pa nito.

The gods were doing this annually, to visit the Yviera and explore the diverse improvement of it. And recently, they are happy that everyone was doing well.

"As we go there, we have to visit their sacred Statue right? Pagkakaalam ko pupunta lahat ng mga elementalist don for their opening. What if let's make a thrill for them? We have to make their festival somehow exciting." Thanatos, the god of Death suggested.

"I am thinking of something thrilling. Oh, now I know." Apollo said.

He shared his idea to the group and everyone agreed. What a foolish gods.

Habang sa isang sulok, nakaupo si Mnemosyne, the titan goddess of Memories.

"Oh, Mnemosyne, what are you thinking?" Lumapit dito si Athena, the goddess of wisdom and war.

"I was just thinking about what happened a few days ago." She said.

"Why? What happened?" Athena asked.

"I saw Aether and I was shock, he's a mortal now right? And there is, I think his body was possessed by someone." Mnemosyne said.

"What? What do you mean? Like, yeah, Aether is a mortal but how could a person possessed his body?" Athena asked.

"I don't know. Maybe I should ask Apollo about this. After all, he's the god of knowledge. I know he know a lot about this." Mnemosyne said.

"We hope so." Athena disclosed the topic. "Anyway, what's your plan with our visit in the Yviera Kingdom? I know you have something on your mind."

Mnemosyne sighed. "Nothing for now. I just have to roam every corner of the realm to relax. Sa tingin ko,  makakatulong ito para maiwas ang stress."

"Stress? Kailan kapa na istress? Oa mo naman kung ganon." Athena laughed.

Mnemosyne glared at Athena making Athena teased her more.

Xyra's POV

After the appointing of leaders, dumiretso ako sa aking cabin. Ganon din si Heather.

"Eh, Xyra, piliin moko ha?" Heather giggled.

"Oo naman. Siyempre ikaw pa. Consistent na nag-eexcel ka sa academics at ability manipulation kaya we need you." Sagot ko naman.

I don't doubt the capability of Heather. Minsan nga mas maalam pa siya sa mga bagay-bagay kumpara sa akin. Kaya I admit, even though medyo may pagkarival kami in terms of acads and abilities, may mga pagkakataon na kailangan namin ang isa't isa. The more the better sabi nga nila.

"Bukas na rin pala ang pagsisimula ng preparation of our kingdom's festival, nevertheless, bukas na rin kayo pipili ng mga kasama niyo. Or members I should say." Dagdag ni Heather.

Tumango ako sa kanya. "Oo, kaya sana walang makanotice sayo bukas. Marami ang magagalingmag obserba ayon sa tingin palang. Kaya kailangan kang kumalma lang. Joke."

"Oo na. Para sayo." We both laughed as I got into my cabin.

Dumiretso naman ako sa aking kama at nahiga. What a tiring day. Napatingin ako sa aking palad at minasdan ito ng maiigi. How it is possible for me to cast a Fire Barrier?

Sa kakaisip hindi kona namalayan pang nakatulog na pala ako.

Zeus's POV

Nakaupo ako sa aking trono at pinagmamasdan ang patuloy na pamunuhay ng aming mga unang nilalang. Ang mga Yvierian. I bestowed them the five elements dahil alam kong karapat-dapat sila rito.

Aking pinagmasdan ang kastilyong sentro ng Yviera. Ang Divine Castle. Narito nakatayo ang limang turret-like where each elements are placed. Ang liwanag ng mga elementong ito ang nagbibigay ng napakalakas na proteksiyon sa mga nilalang ng buong Yviera.

Lalo na ang elemento ng Aether. Nagliliwanag ito ng napakalakas kumapra sa iba pang mga elemento. Naalala ko tuloy si Aether. Sinuko niya ang kaniyang kaluluwa para lamang mabuhay ang kaniyang minamahal at para mapangalagaan ang iba pang mga nilalang.

"Mahal na Hari, pinapatawag kayo ng Mahal na Reyna sa inyong silid." Napalingon ako sa nagsalita. Isa ito sa mga dama ng aming palasyo. Tinanguan ko naman ito at naglaho gamit ang teleportation.

Nakarating ako sa silid naming mag-asawa.

"Wala kabang gagawin bago magtungo sa Yviera. Sa makalawa na ang punta natin don." Bungad nito sa akin.

We are visiting the Yviera Realm or Kingdom for this year as they will celebrate their festival.

"Wala naman. We just need to make sure that the Olympus is safe as we go to the Yviera lalo na at mas dadami tayong nagtutungo roon." I said. She just nod and hugged me. Hear is so clingy aish.

"Zeus, I think I need to tell you this thing." I am in front of Mnemosyne. She just called me while I and Hera is cuddling.

"What is it?" I asked.

She sighed. Parang hindi siya mapakali. "Aethers' soul is slowly coming back." She said.

Ewan ko kung matutuwa ako or not pero honestly nagulat ako.

"Then it's a good news right? Aether will come here and we are all complete." I said.

"No, the bad is, now Aether is coming back. The element Aether would vanished and all people who possessed it would die." She exclaimed. Bahay na nagpagulat sa akin.

"Why? It shouldn't be right? Now tell me Mnemosyne, what would happened next?" Nagtataka kong tanong.

Even though I am the king of all gods, there are things that I can't do that other gods can. Like for example, Apollo, can see your future through the Oracles.

"I can't give you the exact answer but based on my knowledge about this, id the fifth element vanished, everyone would die and the Yviera will loose it's beautiful scenery. At iyon ang wag nating hahayaan, Zeus." She stated.

Naguguluhan man ako pero I need to find a way para maistop ang destruction ng Yviera at ang pagkawala ng ikalimang elemento.

"But how? I mean why Aethers' soul is coming back? I mean, it's not that ayaw kong mabuhay siyang muli pero why it is suddenly happening?" I ask again.

"It is because Aether element is triggered. May kakaibang nangyayari sa Yviera na hindi alam ng karamihan. At sa oras na tuluyang mawala ang elemento ay tuluyan ng masisira ang Yviera. Ganin kalaki ang pakinabang ng Aether element sa daigdig." She answered.

No. This won't happen. "What should we do then?" I ask.

"However, I am seeing someone sa past na may napakalaking pakinabang para matigil ang pagkawala ng elemento." She said.

"Sino?"

"Aether itself."
