Chapter 9. Meeting

Xyra's POV

After the picking of teammates. I decided to meet my members through a meeting. Thus, Fiety and Heather helped me in approaching them one by one as we are going to have our meeting sa tambayan namin ni Heather.

"Nagtataka ako kung bakit ako ang pinili mo Heather. I am just a low air bender," saad ni Arman.

Ngumiti ako sa kanila at tinignan sila ng maigi. We are in a circle form. Nasa gitnang bahagi ako while they are in my front like a circle. Their eyes are on me. Attentively listening and understanding each and every word I say.

"I know you are capable on this matter, Arman. Me too, like I didn't expect myself for being a leader. Pero, here I am trying to accept the reality that I am a chosen so that I can prove to everyone that even though I am a Beta Student, I can also manage everything in my command." I laughed softly.

Napalingon naman ako sa kanilang lahat. I never knew I could do this kind of thing. After a few years of being a water user, it is kinda a gratitude for me to be a leader.

"As your member, Xyra, it is our pleasure to follow you," saad ni Aistari. Ngayon kolang siya medyo napansin. He's kind of attractive.

Napangiti ako sa sinabi niya. Isang pribelihiyong maging leader ng isang team lalo na't ang kompetisyon na aming sasalihan ay hindi basta basta. Nakasasalalay dito ang aking hinaharap.

"Okay," I look at them all. "Let us start the meeting," then the meeting started.

We talk about what are on each designation, sa defense, attack, health, food, and back-up. Sa meeting na aming ginanap, the link between us bonded as this links really attached to each and everyone.

"By the way leader, matanong ko lang, why us? I mean, napakaraming mga mas malakas sa amin ang alam kong makakakampi mo pero bakit kami ang pinili mo?" Eloisa asked. Isa sa mga representative sa Earth Class na napili ko.

I answered her honestly. "Because of your auras. At gaya ng sabi ko kanina, you're all capable on doing this." I smiled.

"You know leader, we are so grateful na kami ang napunta sayo," Alyxza said. I can feel her sincerity on it that my cheek turns red.

"May pag-uusapan paba tayo?" Tanong naman ni Zuko. Sa lahat ng mga members ko siya na ata ang bihirang magsalita at magsuggest. He is silent, however, I can really sense he's very strong.

"As for now, wala pa. Well, para mapanatili ang ating komunikasyon sa isa't isa since we're going to our home next week, as of our realm orders, kailangan natin ng isang mahika na kahit magkalayo tayong lahat ay nakakapagusap pa rin tayo." Kapagkuwan ay lumingon ako sa tatlong Aether Users. "Can you do something for this Aethers?"

Nagtinginan naman ang tatlo at sa tingin ko'y nag-uusap sila sa kanilang isipan. Nakikita ko kase sa kanilang mga mata ang pagbabago ng kanilang mata like Vina nagturn ang mala abo niyang mata sa kulay ube. But what I didn't expect is that masasali ako sa telepathy nila.

"Anong naiisip mo, Zuko?" Rinig kong tanong ni Drew.

"Shut up. Someone is listening to us." It seems that Vina felt my presence towards them.

"Wait, I'll make a mind barrier." Zuko said making me unable to hear what they are saying.

Zuko's POV

Auras? How can she do that? Not to understimate Water Users but only Aether users are blessed to have an ability to sense someone's aura. So, it is very impossible for her to see our auras. But speaking of auras, hindi naman lahat ng Aether Users, nadedetect nila ang aura ng isang nilalang. It depends on the level of your power. Only Beta and Alphas including our Professors and of course Headmaster had the ability of it.
