' means something someone else said and another person is repeating it. (I.e. "My dad sometimes talks in his sleep and one time he said 'howdy y'all,what can I get you to drink?' it was hilarious, because he usually only speaks Spanish")

There are going to be characters in this book that should be dead, like Dumbledore, and, even though it's after the war, Voldemort. Please forgive me if I incorrectly state a place since I haven't read Harry Potter in a while.
