While laying on the grass and watching the night sky‚ a shooting star appeared.“Love make a wish!” I gasped excitedly and point up the sky.
He leaned his head on my shoulder and heave a deep sigh.
“Done wishing?”
“Yes”
“What did you wished for?” I asked while caressing his hair with my fingers.
There was an awfully long pause before he answered the question.
“I wished that when you wake up in the morning‚ you‘ll forget you love me.”
“What kind of selfish wish was that?” I replied with tears welling up my eyes.
“I don‘t want to keep burdening you‚”
“I want to leave‚ so please allow me to.”
