Weird. Why now ?

I wake up.

The sky is blue and birds are singing. Clouds are calmly drifting in the air, offering a shade to dancing trees and flying birds, and the sound of crickets are filling the air. Warm sunlight wash over my face, slowly arriving to my eyes. I close my eyes and can hear footsteps closing in, and suddenly a shadow looms over me. Opening my eyes, another hooded figure appears above me, slowly revealing a dagger. Yet I do not move, and even if I tried I wouldn't be able to, for I cannot feel my legs, nor my arms or any kind of feeling a normal person would feel in this moment. The stranger gets his blade high in the sky before plunging it into my chest. I can feel the flesh, torn and shredded by the blade yet no pain. Tears begin falling upon my face, from the assassin's hidden face. I suddenly feel threatened, as if I was about to learn something I wasn't supposed to. My muscles finally contract as the killer is revealed to be a younger me. She takes the dagger out, taking momentum to stab me another time (or for me to stab myself ?), but I get up and turn to her, but she disappeared... Something very warm is running down from my throat. I look down and see my shirt completely soaked in red shiny liquid. Is it slit ? I use my hand to check and it unsurprisingly feels hot wet and looks very red. I turn back once again and find myself in a bedroom, which looks oddly familiar. There seems to be two vaguely human entities, one male and a female. Young me goes up to them in a similar way she did with me, climbing on top of their sleeping, vulnerable bodies and slitting them. Every time the knife cuts I feel.
