Chapter 11

It had been a few hours since the whole dilemma and Moon decided to go walk around to take a breather. She was walking when she saw something in the corner of her eye. She backed up and a piece of the wall was gone. She walked as everyone else arrived after her. Hope yelled out for Phil as Moon yelled out for Guy and her dad. "It's gone. The wall is gone. Phil's gone. Oh, my gosh. Something has taken him, taken all of them. What are we gonna do?" Thunk then spoke, "No sign of them. But I did find this though." Holding the basket that Hope gave to Ugga. Hope said, "Is that my basket?" Ugga looked over at Hope with a sarcastic smile and said, "Good eye." As Moon grabbed the flip flop from Belt and Sash walking over to Sandy and said, "Sandy can track them with this." She let Sandy sniff it as Eep walked up and said, "Sandy, seek."

Hope was talking about her and Dawn staying behind as Sandy was trying to find the scent. "She's got the scent." Gran said, making all the croods run in that direction with Dawn following. Hope followed grabbing the fruit basket and running in that direction. Hours later it was day as Moon was sitting on Chucky's husk writing in her diary. 'Dear diary. Hey, it's me. Remember what I said about fate? Well, fate still loves you. Fate wants you to leave your family. Well, one thing's clear. It's over!' Dawn looked at Moon and said, "Are you okay?" Moon sighed looking into nature as she said, "Please, I'm good. It's in the past! You know, Guy and I, we're too different."

Dawn grabbed Moon's hand and said, "Well, you and I are different, and we get along great, right?" Moon took a breath and said, "Well, that's different. We're girls and he's a guy, Times girls and guys don't get along. Especially when they are dating." That when Gran came down and said, "What's the matter? Boy problems? Well, in my day, we didn't have boy problems. Because we didn't have any boys, or men, or clothes. We were a warrior tribe of wimmins. The Thunder Sisters!" Dawn looked up in awe and confusion and said, "What's a Thunder Sister?" Moon smiled up at her Gran and said, "One of Grans stories that she tells. Personally, one of my favorites but Eep is quite annoyed with them." Gran smirked and said, "True stories!" Hope yelled at Dawn to stop talking to Gran as Sandy was still sniffing. But things got complicated, and they all ended up in the river.
