"Freeze, Nobody move" we heard a voice from outside

Everything happened so fast. I had barely recollect myself when some officers came in.

They scattered, looking around quickly. I clenched my fists, crushing the note

After their search, two people came in. The lady stepped towards me . The man stopped by the door and looked around curiously.

"Good evening"

There's nothing good about this evening ma'am.

"I'm detective Rosé. This is my consultant Bang Chan. Who are you and what are you doing here?"

"I'm Felix Lee-Han. I live here with my brother."

"Do you have an ID?" Rosé asked

I nodded and gave my passport to the lady. She examined it and looked at Changbin

"Are you his brother?"

"No. The name's Seo Changbin."

I got a little confused, unsure if what's happening. He walked up to me and put his hand on my shoulder with a little smile.

"A friend of the family" he added

"A Seo? Are you by any chance the son of--"

"I don't think we're talking about my family now." Changbin cut Chan off

"Before we get to the official part, I'd like to know the number of your badges to know who's responsible for this investigation"

"Bang Chan doesn't have a badge. He's a consultant. Weve just accepted him to the department."

"Why is he here" I asked Rosé

"Because your neighbors called and babbled about something absurd. When the case gets too strange, Rosé gets me to work on it" Chan spoke

I just pass a look to Chan, then to the blonde haired lady

"The neighbors also said they saw a body being carried out. Maybe your brother's?" I felt my heart sink

"We have to go to the station" Rosé spoke again "You're both witnesses and you're the brother of the person missing.

"Who said anything about Jisung being missing?" I asked

"They also found blood in his room". Before I could say anything. The detective asked out.

On the first floor, Chan yanked me by my sleeve and asked me to step aside for a moment.

"Is there anything you'd like to tell me ? Maybe you notice something strange? Unusual?"

I sighed and gave him the note. He read it and said

"Did you forget about it or you didn't want to tell us" I didn't answer

"You did the right thing though" he said and we went to the station.

Several minutes later, Rosé stopped by a door and opened it, inviting me in.

"Sit. I'd be right back"

"Where's Changbin?"

"Don't worry. Chan and him are in my office right now. I'll prepare the papers and return." I nodded.

She went away leaving me alone in the interrogation room.

Minutes later and she wasn't back. I kept thinking about my brother, who took him? Was he really abducted? What did the note mean?. But that wasn't the scary part.
