I woke up when the sun hit my eyes. I stretched and sat at the edge of the bed, there was no one in the room

After a quick shower, I found a bag on the bed

After getting dressed, I went down stairs and straight to the kitchen but i stopped at the door when i noticed Changbin by the stove

A small smile appeared on my face as I remembered how often I would find him early in the morning in the kitchen creating another fine dish

I took a step forward but froze when I noticed some movement next to him

"You shouldn't let him stay here" Ms Lisa said as she got up from the table and got close to Changbin

"Its my decision. Besides Hades doesn't mind and are you doubting her opinion?"

She clicked her tongue disappointedly, fixing her clothes

"Do you realize the state you're putting us in?.It's our fault that–"

"I don't care. You and mom live in the other wing.If you dont like to see him,feel free not to come here"

So Ms Lisa  clearly isn't happy about me being in the house.Wonder why?

I wanted to return to my room but at the last moment, I grazed a vase with my hand. It swung threateningly, even though I managed to catch it and put it back, I couldn't muffle the noise

"Lix!. Good morning, how did you sleep" Changbin said immediately he noticed me

"Great thank you"

He smiled, and Ms Lisa frowned upon noticing his smile. She smiled nervously and hurried out of the kitchen

"What's gotten into her?" I asked

"How much did you hear?"

"Enough"

"Don't take it personally. She and Hades fought last night so she's actually up. Have a seat.You'll eat right?"

I nodded, walked to the table and sank down into a chair

He served me breakfast. I thanked him and started to eat watching him clean up and humming something to himself

"Had breakfast already?"

"Yeah, got up early and jogged. Speaking of jogging, you remember you have training today right? You going?"

I gave his back a questioning stare. He turned to me and leaned onto the table

Damn training, with everything that has been going on, I forgot about it

"Dont feel like going?. I'm sure the team will understand if you skip one training"

"I don't think I can do so well in sports now when–"

"Hey don't worry. I'm sure the team won't judge you for it. If I were you, I'd take a couple days off school"

"I can't.I have to go to classes and what's the point of me sitting around with nothing to do"

"Get ready then, I'll give you a ride to school". He finished cleaning up and left to change. We agreed to meet at the gates.
