After Jack had recovers he was back to his usual routine but felt like he was missing something in his life so as he was walking through cannibal town he looked depressed Dylan saw this and inquired what was up

Jack: yeah I guess so just like last year and the year before that and the year before that look I gotta go I don't feel like myself

Jack the returned to the hotel where his best friend Paris was waiting for him but judging by his friends look he knew his friend was gonna start sinning
