The next morning when Richie woke up he followed his normal morning routine which was just splashing his crusty face with water then trying to brush the mess on his head, he stumbles down the stairs scratching his chest using the other hand to slide his glasses on letting out a loud yawn "Morning kiddo" His dad says seeing him walk into the kitchen. Wentworth was in the middle of pouring himself some coffee into his thermos quickly looking up watching his son walking in seeing his plaid pajama pant's so baggy they covered the top of his feet the band t-shirt he was wearing wrinkled to hell, "I swear, you have to be doing some weird dance routine when you sleep kid"

"What, I have to perfect it" Richie chuckles leaning against the counter watching his dad grab his car keys spinning them around of his fingers, "You be good" He orders point a finger at Richie as he pulls the front door open "Yes sir" Richie answers with a firm nod and a smile which his father returns before closing the door behind him. Now that he was only he march's back up to his room humming a tone in his head while he gets into his room and starts searching around for clean clothes to wear pulling out a pair of shirts and a random T-shirt that was at least somewhat clean, "Richie!" A higher pitch voice call's out at the same time the front door opens hearing the familiar creak. He knew that voice all too well "Edward!" he call's back out sliding on his shirt as he walks into the hall, he let's out huffs as he thumps down the stairs his smile growing when he see's his favorite brown haired boy stood at the front door an adorable grin occupying his face showing off his smile lines that he found so cute for some odd reason.

"Unable to knock huh?" Richie teases his socks making him slide on the waxed wood floors, "Well I knew your parents aren't home and knowing you.. You'd most likely be laying on the couch like always" Eddie shrugs sliding his sneakers off "Who knows I could have been naked Edward!"

"Yeah.. Because you just stroll around the house naked with the blinds wide open smartass" Eddie playfully rolls his eyes, Richie opens his mouth again before shutting it with a huff "You're the smartass"

"I know" Eddie says keeping the smile on his face "Sorry for coming so early, my mom left for the store so I just booked it so I didn't have to deal with her a hundred question's again"

"Oh no problem, at least she's keeping you alert right?"

"Yeah in the most annoying way possible" He roll's his eyes following Eddie as he walks into the living room dropping down onto the couch patting the spot next to him for Eddie to sit, "Like last night, she would not stop staring at me! I got up to use the washroom and she just piled like fifty questions onto me.. She's acting even more weird" Eddie explains dropping down next to Richie letting out a defeated sigh, Richie just look's at him letting out his own sigh before placing his hand on top of his thigh "Don't worry about it so much Ed's, It's your mom you know how she is" He shrugs watching as Eddie raises his eyes to meet his with a small nod "Yeah I guess so"

Eddie tried to keep himself cool, trying to ignore the placement of Richie's hand it was just a touch Eddie for fuck sakes you just kissed him yesterday! "So movie time?" Richie grins holding up the remote, after letting out another small sigh he nods his head a smile quickly growing on his face "Nothing stupid dude"

"My movie taste? Stupid? Never"

An hour passes the first movie finishing, the two hadn't even noticed how hungry they were until Richie's stomach lets out a growl so they lift off the couch walking their way into the kitchen. While Richie search's through his cabinets Eddie sits down on one of the stools watching him with a smile, "You.. You don't mind not telling anyone right?" he speaks up making Richie look over at him "About what?"

"Us" 

"Oh of course not! Well my parent's already put it together since mom saw you sneaking off our roof the same night I told them I was gay"

"You told them! Holy shit how did it go!" Eddie gasp suddenly sitting up straight, surprised he hadn't heard about this yet "It went okay, me and mom kind of had a mis understanding but it was cool after they really don't seem to care.. My dad even made a joke when I told him!" 

"That sound's like your dad, I know where you get it from" Eddie teases seeing the proud smile on his face "Well my dad is the coolest, so that is a compliment"

He goes back to searching for a few more minutes until he pulls out a cereal box holding it in the air "We are having cereal, because my mom still need's to go grocery shopping"

"Eh that's fine" Eddie shrugs watching Richie grab two bowls and the milk carton from the fridge, after pouring the cereal and milk he slides the bowl over to him plopping a spoon inside before grabbing one for himself "And enjoy" Richie says with a playful bow. The two sit at the island occasionally peaking at one another or outside through the window seeing it was another warm day "I wonder what the other's are doing" Eddie breaks the comfortable silence "No clue, Bev must be busy because she hasn't blessed me with one of her check up calls"

Eddie let's out a laugh making Richie smile while watching him, the two finish eating both getting up at the same time placing their bowls into the skin. Eddie let's out a small yawn starting to walk ahead of him when Richie takes a hold of his hand forcing him into a stop now looking at him with a small smile on his face "Can I help you Richard?"

Without saying anything he leans down giving him a soft kiss, this whole thing was so new yet these random kissing managed to feel so natural "I haven't given you one of those yet, just needed to get it out of my system" 

"You are such a nerd" Eddie roll's his eyes but his cheeks were a light pink color his lips upturned in a smile still able to feel the kiss, "And apparently you like it" Richie shrugs still holding onto Eddie hand their fingers interlocking as Eddie playfully glares at him. "There has to be something wrong with me then" he shrugs making Richie roll his eyes slightly leaning down without even noticing it, "You are so mean, shouldn't I get special treatment?"

"Why the hell would you think that"

"Because you like meee" Richie pout's making Eddie roll his eyes again, without warning Richie leans down again placing his lips on his for another kiss the second one last longer then the first. The two were relaxed and enjoying the moment that had formed when a voice suddenly breaks them apart "Holy shit.." 

When the two quickly pull away from each other they whip their head around eyes wide with a mix of fear and surprise.. Their stomachs dropping when they see Beverly.. Stood there holding to door open with her hand her mouth hung open in shock her wide green eyes lasered onto the two boy's, "Holy.. Fucking Shit!"
