THE FOLLOWING DAY

SILAS

I groaned quietly, rolling onto my side, feeling the space next to me, wishing that she would sleep in my bed with me, but instead, she stayed in her room. I sat up, seeing that the time was 9 am. "Fuck.." I muttered, remembering that we had dinner with my family today and I hadn't even told Illiana yet.

I climbed out of bed, walked into the bathroom, turned on the shower and removed my clothes. As I stared at myself in the mirror, I moved my hands through my blonde hair, thinking maybe I should dye it black with bits of red or just let it stay blonde. Once I knew the shower was hot enough, I got in, feeling the piping hot water hit my skin to where it felt as though I would melt. It was perfect.

-

"I thought you'd sleep in," Aiden said as I walked into the lounge area. "Well, we have things to do today, like family dinner?" I rolled my eyes, taking a seat on the couch. "You do know this might not be a good idea right? Taking Illiana to sit down and have dinner with your fucking family? They might not eat her physically, but mentally they just might." Aiden threw a bottle of water my way and I quickly caught it.

"They'll know to hold their tongues if they want to keep them." As I leaned back onto the couch the door opened and in came Illiana. "Ah, here she is. Just the person we needed to see. Come." I patted my lap as she walked over. "You want me to sit on you?" She asked and I pat my lap once again. As she got closer, I pulled her into my lap, checking out the frilly black dress she wore. It was short, that's for sure. I buried my face in the crook of her neck, giving her a sniff, taking in her aroma.

"You smell great, like bubblegum~ I can just eat you right up." As I was about to take a bite, Aiden spoke up. "Let's not get carried away so early in the morning. You need to tell her."

ILLIANA

"Tell me what?" I asked as I shifted slightly on Silas's lap. "My mother has invited you to our family dinner." Silas started, playing with the hem of my skirt, slowly pulling it up.

"Mrs. Tepes?" I said in quite a shock that she would want me at her home. I bet it was beautiful like a medieval time palace. "I couldn't invade your home like that.." I said, staring into Silas's lust-filled eyes. "You're invited not even close. So you must attend. No one dares to turn down my mother's invitations. It means she likes you, so accepting is a must." Silas licked my neck once he finished his sentence.

"Alright.. I'll need to find something to wear then." I shifted slightly on his lap, making myself more comfortable. "Mrs. Tepes usually have her dinners very fancy, like it's a cocktail party. So wear a nice dress like the one you're wearing now and you'll be fine and for your sake, don't over-dress. I remembered when Rachel dressed up a bit too much and she gave her a piece of her mind. Rachel was embarrassed for the rest of the evening." Aiden chuckled.

The mention of Rachel caught my interest, bringing back a question I wanted to ask the day I saw them arguing. "I wanted to ask you about that..about what you two were arguing about that day?" I asked, leaning forward.

"Rachel? Those two are always on and off. Nothing serious." Silas, messed around with the straps of my dress, tugging slightly.

"Well, if you must know, she found out about you." Aiden pointed at me before smirking. "What?"

"Yep~ she found out about our plans for you and didn't like that very much but it's not like that was our first rodeo. As Silas said, Rachel and I are never serious." Aiden took a seat next to us, grabbing my legs so I could rest them on his lap and I immediately moved for him, making myself comfortable on both of their laps.
