Kiyoomi's POV
'Shit, I shouldn't have left Atsumu like that... God, I'm so stupid.' I mentally scold myself, making my way to work.
I want more than what we are but we aren't even friends and why would he even want me after finding out I'm a germaphobe and we play on the same team. He probably does regret that night.
I'm glad the bar isn't far from here. I have to change still and re-wash the dishes there.
As I walk, I can't help my thoughts as they go wild. All I can think of is him. Am I even going to be able to focus on work today? We aren't usually too busy but they know I'm precise with making the drinks... I'm so off my game today- no. Since I saw Atsumu again...
"Am I there yet? It feels like this walk is further than usual.." I mumble. But looking up and around myself, I see that I for sure walked right past the bar. "I really am off my game." Grumbling, I turn around and walk once more.
3rd Person POV
Finally, after walking back the direction he came, Kiyoomi reached the bar. Not passing it once more. His shift started really soon, so he made it just on time.
Walking inside, a coworker waved. At the same time, a lady walked up to the ravenette. Kiyoomi doesn't recognize her as a regular, so she likely doesn't know who he is and what he doesn't like.
"Hey~ hot stuff!" She calls, trying to catch up to the latter as he slips through the small crowd of people. He ignores her, face grimacing at the cat calling she attempted. Then he disappears through the staff doors and into their locker room.
Kiyoomi doesn't exactly conversate with his coworkers, though he does occasionally see them so he's respectful and awknowledges them.
As he puts his things into his locker, their manager appears.
"Ah Sakusa! Right on time. Today we might have more people than usual, so if you feel uncomfortable at all, feel free to switch with Akira." Turning around Kiyoomi pulls his mask back up.
"Got it. Thanks Shin-san."
Shin's an older man and he owns the bar that Kiyoomi works at. The bar was passed down through his family, and now he's the owner and manager. Akira is also Shin's daughter.
"Well you better get yourself changed." Shin patted Kiyoomi's shoulder and flashed a smile before turning on his heel and walking away. The ravenette watched only for a moment before returning his attention to his locker.
A few minutes later, Kiyoomi finished up changing and closed his locker. Putting his phone in his pocket and then fixing his black button up dress shirt as he walks through the doors and behind the bar.
"Oh hey Sakusa. I'll finish this drink up. I washed most of the cups already." Akira says, glancing over her shoulder to the tall male who nods. "Thank you." He holds his straight face behind the mask, though he appreciates her helping with his germaphobia in the bar and keeping things clean.
"Can I get a raspberry gin fizz please?" A voice says. Kiyoomi nods once before grabbing gin, raspberries, simple syrup, lime juice, mint leaves, club soda, and a shaker. Adding them together in a specific order, quickly yet carefully. Then finally topping the drink with raspberries and a sprig of mint, and handing it to the customer.
"Excuse me, can I get a dirty martini?" Almost one after another, Kiyoomi's making drinks. He's quick with his hands and movements, yet he's careful not to make a mess, cleaning up behind himself and making drinks all at once.
As he shakes a mixture of things in a shaker, customers at the bar seats can't help but stare in surprise, interest, and wonder. Kiyoomi is a fine looking man, and doing bartending just makes him more attractive.
As he works he's quiet, he can hear some of the customers whispering to each other, "He's hot." "How old is he?" "Do you think I'd be able to pull him?" "I wonder what his face looks like." "Wonder how long he's been bartending." So many different questions and conversations, most about him.
'Do I regret it?'
A question that's been playing over and over in Kiyoomi's head, keeping him on his toes at work.
'Does he regret it?'
Another question that's been replaying in his head.
He doesn't know. Would Atsumu regret that night? Does he regret it? The blond kept trying to avoid him, hide from him, act like he wasn't even there. But Kiyoomi would catch him staring.
That night replays in his head just from the thought. Every moment. Every touch. Every word. Every thought. Every single thing that happened that night. Then, suddenly, he jumps, thoughts drifting away as a glass drops to the floor and shatters.
A glass he was drying. He's never broken a glass at work. Hell, he's never been this distracted at work, especially by someone.
"Shit..." He mumbles behind his mask, bending to the ground and trying to clean the broken glass.
"Sakusa, are you okay?" A familiar voice says next to him. Glancing to his side, he sees Akira. "Oh. Yeah. Just slipped out of my hand." A lie he quickly came up with as he stood. Even though the female looked at him like he was stupid. She wouldn't believe a lie like that when it comes to Sakusa, someone that is clean, careful, rarely makes mistakes.
Rolling her eyes, she questioned, "Do you need a break?"
"No." He replies, standing up and dumping the broken glass into a bin. Akira stared for a moment. "Well tell me if you need a break or if anything's wrong." She waited for a response, which she got a simple "Yeah, okay." Then she walked away, back to wherever she was.
'I need to get him out of my head and focus on work...' He thinks.
Finally, he takes a deep breath, slightly pinching his thigh to wake himself up and out of those deep thoughts. He looks to the floor, dark curls falling over his eyes. Once he's calm and set on work, he raises his head and returns to making drinks for the customers, which there aren't as many now as there were some moments before.
"Would you like anything to drink?" He finally asks a man that's sitting on a stool, who seems to also be lost in his thoughts.

Okay! I really am terrible at posting chapters.
The next chapters, depending on the day, will be difficult to get written and published on a set schedule, though I'll do my best.
I honestly can't remember what I've written in previous chapters too well, so each one might not align with the previous ones. I'm trying though!
Hopefully I get the next chapter done soon.
