Its been hours, the sun was almost down again. Soap and Gaz still sat in the tent and looked through the clues that had been gathered. Gaz yawned deeply, he rubbed his eyes and sighed. "Nothing. The same wheel trails, different directions. Just like before."

"There has to be something..." Soap mumbled, his half lidded eyes looked through the files on the tablet. The men that were collecting the clues were sending them right to them.

Price entered the tent, he looked just as tired as the other two man. Non of them had slept for hours, they were to worried about Ghost. "We dont really have something but-" The Captain sighed and stepped to the side. "Look for yourself."

Rudy walked in, a weak half smile on his lips -that did nothing to hide his worry- "Rudy! Its good to see you, mate." Soap said and Gaz also seemed pretty relieved. "We thought Graves had gotten you too."

Rudy shook his head. "It was close, but I managed to hide. A truck of yours brought me here, otherwise I wouldve had to walk." He chuckled weakly, slumping down onto a chair.

"Tell them what you saw." Price urged and nodded to him, Rudy only nodded back and breath in before he looked at Soap. "I saw you. Dead."

The Scot frowned and scoffed. "Me, dead? Im sure as hell are still breathing." "I know now. But the man. He looked very similar, shot multiple times. I watched how a few Shadows took a picture of him, before they got rid of the body."

Rudy sighed deeply and rubbed his hands over his face. "I dont know for what, but they made a good job to make you look dead."

Gaz frowned, looking from the mexican to Soap and to his Captain. "But why, for what would Graves need Soap dead?" Price opened his mouth, but the Sergeant was faster. "Simon."

He whispered and took in a deep breath, he felt as if a cold curtain fell over him and how his chest tightened. "Graves wants to hurt him. To... to torture him. Simon is still alive."

Price had known about the two of them, Gaz by far wasnt suprised about their realationship and Rudy could count one and one together.

"How real did it look?" Price asked hesitantly, he didnt want to imagen how Soaps death would hit Simon. "Like it was him, way to real."

"Shit..." Soap hissed and turned back to look through the clues, he had to get his partner out of there, as fast as he could. "Wait. Rudy... did the fake Soap had a bullet wound in his shoulder?" Gaz suddenly asked.

"Uh yeah? Yes, I think so. Why?" Soap too knew what this was about. "The right one?" Rudy thought for a second and shook his head. "No, I dont think so."

All three task force 141 soldiers breathed out in unsion. To answere Rudys confusion, Soap pulled the shirt down to reveal his shot shoulder. His right one.

"That means, there is a chance he wont fall for it." Price nodded at Rudys conclusion. "If it even was meant for him. Simon might be able to see the difference." Soap gulped and added in a whisper. "Hopefully..."

Ghost hadnt moved at all when Graves came back, he still laid on the ground, with his back to the picture and the dried vomit, the dog tags in his hands.

"Wow, you look more pathetic than before, I didnt know that was possible." "Graves, you are a fucking monster! You disgusting piece of shit." Alejandro cursed at him and banged his fists against the door of his own cell.

"Oh you think so? Im not the one who literally ate a piece of his dead boyfriend." The Shadow taunted which made Ghost shudder at the memory of the taste. "You fucking psycho!" The Colonel growled again, glaring at him through the small door window.
