Okay, so uh hi - Author here (Gods, I just imagined that in like Zuko's voice, so.... Do with that information what you want)
As I believe, I put on either the description, prologue, or somewhere in the prologue-part of the story, English isn't my first language, so please bear with the insanely bad grammatical mistakes and any other faults which may occur as a result of my lack of command of the language, I decided to write in.
I feel like, I should disclose something for you all. Not as an apology, but as an explanation (no, I'm not discontinuing the story). I am a highschool student - Or actually, I'm something equivalent to a highschool student, since the education system in my country differs from the American one - As a result, I have homework and assignment and school sh*t to take care of. This obviously has a higher priority to me than writing on this story, no matter how dearly, I love it. The result is that, I am extremely slow to put out chapters -some of which are basically unedited -.
Another result of the story's unedited glory is that mistakes are bound to happen, one of which is the fact, that I have not posted trigger warnings for the story yet. I currently am planning on making a complete list of trigger warnings, which will be uploaded for those, who feel, they want to be properly warned about triggers. Such a list might be added as a chapter in itself. This way, the trigger warnings are accessible to the people, who want to read through them, but are not something, you're not forced to read, if you don't want the story spoiled. I should note, however, that some of the major and/or recurring triggers include:
- Child soldiers. The story is set during The Clone Wars.
- Deaths on page. Again, the story is set during The Clone Wars. There might even be suicide on-page, but I do not think, I will include that.
- Traumatical events and experiences. Okay, so, this is not because, the story is set during The Clone Wars, but is mostly because I have decided to include a relatively traumatized character.
- Assault. It should be noted, that there will be assaults described on-page.
For the chapters, where the pivotal moments include scenes, which should have trigger warnings, it is likely that I will post a warning at the top of the chapter or something like that. Don't be fooled: Although the main character is below the age of majority, the story will include many mature themes such as grief and death.
Oh, and uhhh - One last thing; Although I have an almost completely locked-in, finished story with finished characters up in my head, there may be changes to the story, which can effect the list of trigger warnings. There might also be cases, in which one of you readers think, a certain scene requires a trigger warning, I have neglected to mention. Please, please, please, please, do leave a comment, in which you tell me, what kinds of trigger warnings, I should add.
