Mourning bright you do,
Amidst these ashes you do,
Amendments, you'd do?
The sins you did and once knew,
What'd there be to make anew?"Mr. Death! Mr. Death~!!" a skeletal figure, the size of a small animal could be seen jumping to get The Grim Reaper's attention.
"Hmm... Ah... What is it, Cerberus? It's been a while since we last saw each other. Here to report the underworld's expansion?" the grim reaper asked politely towards the three headed skeletal dog.
"No, no... But it did make an expansion." nodded Cerberus. "But not my main reason as to why I'm here."
"Why are you here then?"
"AGH! IT'S JUST... SO, BOOORIIING!!"Death tilted his head in confusion.
"And besides, I don't really have anything to do other than reporting you about situations in the underworld... So, uh..." stuttered Cerberus.
"Alright, alright. Truthfully, I shouldn't have given you such a bland job..." muttered Death, as he gets on his feet upon putting harvested souls into his basket.
"Why not come with me? For as long as you don't interrupt my work... And, I think you can help make my work less labouring"
"WAHAHAHA! REALLY! I-I mean, yes... yes sir!"SWOOOSH!
RING!!Cerberus regains his full form, his satisfied three headed face could be seen smiling with those sharp teeth, as Death mounts him.
"Let's go, Cerberus."
"YAS!"2 months in the human realm.
Ssssshhhh...
The fragrance of food could be smelled from afar. The textures, the delicacies and the flavor of such a dish must have been crafted by those heavenly hands of hers, Joseé sighs in relief. Sitting on a nearby chair.
"Hmm... I wonder how the commander is faring above..." she hummed, with a hint of curiosity. "The cycle of life... How does it work?"
Her eyes glanced upon two birds on a wire, for as one tried to fly away, and the other not.
"But even with my questions answered even by the most brilliant philosopher, what knowledge would there be to use... If I'm not like them at all?" she asked herself blatantly, heading back to the stove to check in the food.
Click...
"O-oh, Kotaro!" she stammers, before adjusting herself. "I didn't see you there."
"Yeah, I didn't see me either." said Kotaro, before taking a seat.
"... Of course..." Joseé muttered, with those rolling eyes of hers.
"But I did smell you."
"Yes, yes you did."Kotaro tilted his head in confusion.
"... Aren't you creeped out by that?" asked Kotaro, his expression reassembling a confused Japanese citizen.
"Huh?" hummed Joseé. "It's normal for humans to smell each other, right...?"
"Well, at least not in Japan." Kotaro answered, scratching the back of his scruffy hair.
