I'm Phil's Girlfriend - Ch. 10

"I don't want to be rude or anything but... we kissed", Dan said. He looked down kind of embarrassed and started rambling on about how he was sorry and he tried to tell you to stop. You sat there watching him not knowing what to say. 'What do I say? Do I confess my feelings to him? I don't want to say that I was just drunk and didn't know what I was doing but that is the truth. Should I play it off like I was semi-concious at the time and knew what was happening. Maybe I should just tell him I like him... But how?'

"I like you Dan." He suddenly stops his explaining and looks at you smiling. You blush. 'He probably thinks I'm crazy. Maybe Kyle thought he liked me but he didn't. Kyle does get it wrong sometimes. Maybe I should just go.'

"I-I... like you too", Dan says as his heart starts to beat faster. You smile at him. 'Is this a dream? Am I dreaming? Is he pulling a prank on me?' Suddenly you hear you phone beep and you look to see a text from you boss that says:

"WHERE R U?! U R 20 MINUTES LATE!!!"

'UGH!!! I'M AN IDIOT! TODAY'S MY WORK DAY! HOW COULD I FORGET! I HAVE TO TELL DAN I'M LEAVING.'

"Dan I'm really sorry but I uhh.. I have to go. You see.. umm. I have work.. haha"

"What? But I... um.. bye you should get to work." You're sad that you have to go but you need the job. You can't pay for the flat with only youtube. You grab your bag and your dirty clothes and head out the door trying not to scream of excitement.

8 hours later and your shift is done. You're friend Kyle had dropped off your uniform at the store when you got there so you started work an hour late. Your boss had given you a second chance and decided not to fire you. You went home and filmed and edited your new video, "Ask me something?", afterwards. Then you got a text from Phil saying:

"Hey do you wanna come over?"

You decided to reply saying:

"Sure what time?"

a couple seconds later and he said:

"IDK. Now would be a good time :)"

"Haha ok :)". You decide to go casual and just where your favorite black t-shirt with the little white heart on the shoulder and your black jeans. 'Why does Phil want me to come over? Maybe I should just go with it. Maybe I should ask him if he would want to film a video with me.' You get to the flat and ring the doorbell. Phil answers the door a couple seconds later. "So where's Dan?", you ask trying to sound casual. "Umm... he's out getting some groceries. I just thought that maybe we could get some alone time so we could film a new video together, if you want?" You laugh and tell him that you were gonna ask the same thing. You go into Phil's room and watch as he sets up the camera. "So what do you want to make a video about?", You ask him. "It's almost April so I think I'm going to upload an april fools video. I was thinking that I maybe you'd like to be my fake girl friend?" You laugh and agree to his video. He turns on the camera and you both say hello and introduce yourselves.

Then Phil says,"So I've been meaning to tell you guys something for a while now... I have a girlfriend.. and before you say 'Oh this is just an April fools video'... it's not. We've been dating for a couple months now and we wanted to make sure that it was official." He looks to you and gives an encouraging smile. You smile back and hold his hand as you talk to the camera.
