I haven't touched this story in forever my apologies who actually read the whole thing.
Skipping chapter 14 because that's Matthew and Diana's date scene at his dorm thing.

Elizabeth's POV
When I got home I quickly got dressed and drove the car back to the lab. Marcus was waiting for me at the door with a dumb grin on his face. "How was laser tag?" He draws his voice out to sound super girly.

"It was fun. Why are we talking like this?" I mock him, "I don't know you don't have any girlfriends to talk with so I'm filling in. When do we get to meet this guy who stole our lovely Lizzy's heart?"

"Yes when I would like to know?" Maman come up behind Marcus. "He doesn't need to on meet you." I walk away and Marcus groans. "Liz we need all the sweet deats."

"You definitely do not need those, see you guys later." I run upstairs to my office. I open my laptop and look through my emails. A knock is at my door. "Come in Matthew." I look up from the laptop, "What do you need?"

"Diana is planning to recall Ashmole 782 after breakfast and I was wondering if you would like to be there." I sigh look down at my computer and then back up again. "Yeah I'll come." He nods and leaves the room again.

I patiently wait till it's time to leave. I walk to the library and search around for Peter Knox when I finish I wait for Diana and Matthew. I could smell Diana's anxiety peak as she made her way in. Matthew has been here awhile already.

Matthew stands over me as as I greet Diana. "Is he here?" She whispers.

"Selden End. I looked before either of you got here hasn't moved since Matthew got here." Matthew nods reassuringly. "Well he can wait down there all day as far as I'm concerned." Diana mumbled under her breath but I heard it and smiled. She picked up a slip and wrote down Ashmole 782. She walked up to the desk gave the slip and returned with two more books.

Sean started talking about talking to her or something and that's when Diana turned and motioned for us to stay still.

Diana returned to her seat and said, "Sean may know I'm different-but it seems I'm not as different as you two." I let out a little laugh and look back down at my laptop. "Few are." Matthew monotone voice speaks, still looking at his book.

It took a while but soft distinct steps came from the Selden end. My feet uncross themselves and find the floor just in case Peter Knox try's anything. "Dr.Bishop." Knox says coolly.

Diana doesn't even look up when she says "Mr.Knox." Sounding even more cold than him. Knox took one step in Diana's direction and Matthew in a stone cold hard voice says, "I'd stop there unless Dr.Bishop wishes to speak with you."
I push my chair just the slightest bit back.

"I'm very busy." Her eyes start squinting and she presses a finger to her head. "I said I'm busy." She snaps annoyed. This time I stand up and Matthew pushes away from the desk. "Mr. Knox was just leaving guys, don't worry." I stood beside Diana and my uncle growled. Diana placed a hand on his arm. Knox stares astonished at the fact that two different species are touching.

Matthew lowers his growl to a menacing purr, (it says that in the book, don't come for me.) and the Sean kid looks up from the desk. "Who's caught human attention now?" Diana hisses at Knox.

Knox gives an unpleasant smile and stares at Diana "You've caught the attention of more than humans this morning Dr. Bishop. Before nightfall every witch in Oxford will know you're a traitor."

Uncle Matthew reached for his Lazarus coffin and my arm went to the edge of Diana's chair in a protective stance. Diana moved right in between the two men and I stood ready to grab her in case Matthew was ready to kill Knox, which I wasn't opposed to.
