Zed, Addison, and Eliza are walking down the park near Seabrook High, just talking about the upcoming Prawn of this year. Zed is president of the school, so he gets to decide what is on Prawn. Addison really wants to help plan and organize it, so obviously, her boyfriend told her to do whatever she thinks is right to get the best party of the year. Addison invited Bree, Bonzo, Wyatt, Willa, Wynter, Bucky, and Eliza to help. Willa and Eliza only weren't all that excited to help. It just isn't their thing. Wyatt had to convince them to help, and he did it.
"Addison, I was thinking... for the Prawn, maybe we could add light bulbs, like our light garden in Zombie town?" Eliza suggests. She looks at Addison as they continue walking.
"That sounds great, Eliza!" Addison replies with a bright smile. She looks at her notebook she already has in her hand and opens it. She starts writing down the idea.
"Guys, I'd love to listen to all of your ideas, but I have to go to practice." Zed intervenes as he jumps in between them. "I'll see you two-" He stops when a girl with dark brown hair and a piece of white jumps in front of them, breathing heavily, her clothes dirty as if she's been rolling in grass and dirt. She falls to her knees as the bright blue stone around her neck turns a sickly green for a moment. Her eyes do the same before turning back to the grey-ish blue color.
Addison instinctively walks up to the young girl. But the girl just crawls away from her, the fear clear in her eyes.
"Hey, it's okay. We're not going to hurt you." Addison says as she kneels in front of the girl. She looks at Addison with an expression that says,'I need help'. "We can help you. What's your name?"
"M- Max." She says quietly.
"Nice to meet you, Max. I'm Addison, that's Zed, and that's Eliza." Addison points at Zed and then Eliza before helping Max up. Maxine struggles a little to stay in balance for a moment, so she leans on Addison.
Eliza looks at Maxine closely, noticing the same type of necklace she's seen around Wyatt's neck and in his hand when he's playing with it out of boredom. Eliza taps Zed on the shoulder and whispers in his ear; "she's a werewolf."
Zed looks at her in disbelief but then starts thinking to himself. It actually makes sense; the white streak in her hair, the marks on her dirt covered arms, the 3 small triangles that looks like fangs under one eye, the the moonstone necklace and her sharp fangs.
"We'll get you to rest up at my place, okay?" Addison speaks up at Max. The girl nods and lets her lead to her house.

At Addison's house, they let Maxine rest on the couch after she'd taken a shower and changed into some borrowed clothes from Addison. She falls asleep quickly, so that gives Zed, Eliza, and Addison the time to talk."She's a werewolf, Addison. I think we should call Willa or Wyatt to see if they miss a pack member." Zed blurts out when he's sure Max is sleeping.
"Okay, but -" Addison starts, but she's interrupted by Eliza.
"I'll call Wyatt." She says a little too happy to have a reason to call him.
"Someone's happy to call a certain wolf." Addison teases.
"Shut up." Eliza blushes. She hasn't seen Wyatt in forever because his pack went on a little hunting trip like they do every year, but Eliza hates being apart from her boyfriend for too long. She got a text earlier today that Wyatt is back in Seabrook with the pack. But with everything going right now, Eliza had no time to call or come to his den to give him a hug and welcome him back home.
She grabs her phone and presses Wyatt's contact. There are only a few rings before he answers. "Hey, Eliza?"
"Hey, Wyatt, I am really sorry to bother you, I understand that you're tired and everything, but there's something we need to know." Eliza starts.
