"Y/n, where are you?" She hears a familiar voice yell through the woods she's been hiding to avoid people heating her cry. She gets up from the forest floor and decides to just walk up to the person looking for her. He'll find her anyway. "Y/n!" He yells again.
Y/n ducks from a bush before walking up to him. "I'm here." She says in a quiet voice.
"Have you been here in the woods all morning?" He asks.
"So?" She says in an offended way, almost yelling. She rolls her eyes before walking off and past him.
He grabs her upper arm with an annoyed expression as he rolls his eyes lightly, sighing when he turns her around.
"What the hell, Wyatt!" She snaps as she rips her arm out of his hand. She sucks in a deep breath and tries hard not to cry.
"What's wrong?" He asks calmly, even though y/n is screaming at him. "You're exhausted all the time. You keep pushing yourself to your limits. You always hide out in the woods, and you barely talk to me or anyone of the pack! Let alone anyone from the friend group!"
"Nothing to be worried about! Please, just let me go..." her voice goes quiet at the last sentence, and it almost seems like she's begging him to let her leave.
"Why won't you talk about this?" Wyatt asks, trying to get anything out of her.
"I don't want to. I can't." Y/n looks down before looking up at her brother.
"Why not?"
"I just can't." Y/n takes a deep breath and starts walking towards the den. She goes to her nest and leans against the rough stone wall when she grabs a book to read. Another thing she does to ignore everyone around her.
Wyatt had followed behind her, just to find her reading in her nest. He squats down in front of her so they're eye level. He pushes y/n's book down to her lap with one hand, so she has to look at him with an annoyed expression.
"What the hell? What did I tell -" y/n exclaims in an angry way.
"Calm down. I know the rule, but I really want you to talk to me." Wyatt interrupts her.
"I don't want to!" She snaps.
Wyatt sighs and stands up. "Fine. I'll leave you alone... for now." He sometimes thinks to himself; y/n has more of Willa's traits than his. She's strong, fearless, protective, and aggressive. On the other hand, y/n has a few of Wyatt's traits; excited about small things like holding hands in public as boyfriend and girlfriend or hugging. She can also be sad quickly, and she's a fool for love like Wyatt.
Wyatt looks at his watch, seeing that it's already 12:21 PM. He was supposed to be at school hours ago, but he's been so busy trying to find and help y/n that he forgot about school completely. He had a test in biology an hour ago. He facepalms himself and runs out of the wolf den, waving Willa goodbye on the way out. He runs through the Forbidden Forest, then into Zombietown, where he sees Eliza, strolling by. Wyatt runs over to her and stops in front of, getting her startled. He pants, leaning his hands on his knees, looking up at Eliza.
"Hi." He breathes.
"Hey, you startled me. Why didn't you answer your phone? You missed one of the most important biology tests." Eliza responds.
"Yeah, I know, my phone died. I also had stuff going on. Anyway, what're you doing outside of school?" Wyatt replies.
"I have a free period. Teacher got sick or something. I was just about to look for you." She answers.
"Okay, well, here I am." Wyatt stands up straight. "Anyway, I was thinking..." He trails off, his gaze drifting towards something.
"Wyatt? What were you saying?" Eliza asks.
"Wait." He responds curtly. He is still focused on what he's seeing, and his girlfriend doesn't understand what's going on when he walks away. She decides to follow him. As they both come closer, it's clear to Eliza that Wyatt's been focused on; it looks like a girl, who's most likely to be a few years younger than y/n. Wyatt notices the purple marks on the girl's body. She seems to have dark brown curly hair with a white streak like every werewolf has, so it's possible that this girl is one. The only thing is, she seems lost, and she's unknown to Wyatt.
Wyatt looks at her. "Hey, are you lost?" He asks.
"I- I- I- I don't know. Yes." She struggles to get the words out at first. "I am Willow. I eh- I think I am supposed to be here." She finally says. Eliza looks at her skeptically. Something about this doesn't feel right.
"What do you mean?" Eliza asks sternly. She crosses her arms and looks down at the girl, then at Wyatt to see his expression, then back at Willow.
The girl looks up at Eliza. "I've been looking for a pack. Then I heard about a pack in Seabrook, so I came to look for the leader."
"Well, I'm her brother. I could take you to her." Wyatt says. Eliza sighs, knowing this could be a bad idea, because what would a random 15 year old werewolf have to do in Seabrook? Why isn't she with a pack or at least with another werewolf? She's up to something bad. That's clear for Eliza.
Wyatt signs for Willow to follow him, and Eliza just walks behind them, taking her phone out of her back pocket of her dark red ripped jeans to sent a text to y/n; not to talk about her suspicions but to ask why she isn't at school. Y/n misses school sometimes but lately it's been more often that y/n isn't at school. 'Hey, where are you?' is what Eliza's text message says. she then places her phone back in her jean pocket. She starts walking a little faster until she's by Wyatt's side and grabs his hand. Wyatt looks at her with a smile, enjoying the fact that Eliza wants to hold his hand. He looks at the direction of the Forbidden Forest, hoping to see any sign of y/n because he's quite worried about her. She's been off lately, distant.
"What's wrong, Wyatt?" Eliza asks, noticing the concerned look on her boyfriend's face.
"Y/n, she's been awfully quiet. Usually, she likes to talk about her day or go to the park with me or Willa. Now, she's hiding out in the woods or reading in her nest. She hates being inside the den all day. I don't know what to do about her. I hate seeing her like this." Wyatt explains, rambling on and on about how Max has been lately. Eliza on the other hand, just keeps listening, nodding once in a while.
"If I were you, I'd give it a few days. When it's getting worse, try talking to her again. But first, give her some time and space. She'll come to you or Willa eventually." Eliza suggests with a smile as she leans her head on his shoulder for a moment.
"Okay." Wyatt gives her a slight smile. He then looks at Willow, but she seems to let her eyes wander around Zombietown until they reach the Forbidden Forrest. The three of them walk through the hole in the fence. Wyatt starts walking a little faster, and so do Willow and Eliza.
"Willa!" Wyatt yells to get his sister's attention.
Willa turns around to see her brother with a young girl and Eliza. "Hey, I thought you were at school? Who is she?" She points at Willow.
"We found her wandering around Zombietown. She's looking for you." Wyatt says.
"Me? Why?"
