Lucas POV
I wake up and get ready for school. Then I wait on the subway for farkle then Riley and Maya. I don't know how or why but seeing Maya and Josh made me mad for some reason.
Oh my god no Lucas you do not like Maya. Kill me now! No stop! Shes not cute stop thinking stuff brain stop it! Grr seriously why I thought we had a good thing going on you stupid mind!
No stop I don't like her like that. I like her more as a sister. It's not working make it stop! I just need to think of something else. OK uhh what to think about.
I can't think of anything. Why brain I thought you loved me! She is evil and hates me and I hate her end of story. I start thinking about when I first meet Riley and Maya. That was so weird.
The subway slows to a stop then I see farkle.
F: you like Maya don't you I see it in you're eyes! L: what are you even talking about? F: Saturday I saw the way you looked at her. It was different! Like you are jelly of her and Josh. L: what no ew. F: I knew it huzzah! Zay owes me 10 bucks! L: you bet on me! My to best friends bet on me kill me now make it fast.
L: what about you don't you still like Maya and Riley? F: Nah I slapped myself our of that. Cause Riley is still to la la la la la la and everything is happy and double rainbows. Then Maya is still deadly and besides shes got a man. L: so does this mean you like Sarah now?
F: I no maybe I don't know its complicated. You like Maya HA L: you are evil. F: you like her you like her! L: if you say anything to anyone I'll do what I did back in Texas to you. F: ...... What did you do? L: that's for me to know and you not to find out.
F: I'll find out! I shall find out! Just tell me what school you went to! L: wouldn't you like to know. R: know what? F: I need to know what school he used to go to so I can know why he got kicked out! M: yeah whatever did happen to that?
M: didn't riles have a melt down? R: I what no. F: yeah you did you soaped us and ruined my philosophy! I was going to prove you're dad wrong! L: drop it. R: what did you do!? L: I said drop it.
M: aww is little mister perfect scared to tell us? F: why won't you tell me!? R: it couldnt have been that bad. L: you better stop right now. M: aww look at him trying to be all tough. F: ooh our stop!
Zay: hey guys! Dude chill what's wrong with him? F: he won't tell us what he did back in Texas. Z: how long did you provoke him? M: for about 20 minutes. R: why won you tell us!? I'm going to annoy you all day. L: I said you better stop.
F: what school!? That's all I want to know! Z: oh no you had better stop it right now. He takes so much before he gets pissed then he starts punching whatever is in his way. L: if I even hear the word Texas I'll M: aww tell us bucky mc boing boing. What did little cowboy do that was so bad?
After Maya said that I grab zay by the shirt and drag him with me into the gym.
Z: need to punch something? L: yeah make sure nobody gets in my way. Z: aye aye captain (starts punching a punching bag)
R: why are you punching that? M: its a punching bag it's what it's made for. Z: he is mad don't touch him (farkles taps him Lucas turns around and punches him in the face farkle falls)
R,M: FARKLE! R: are you OK!? M: let's get you up. Z: ow dang you got socked. F: ow was that a baseball? My eye hurts. M: riles make-up asap. (Puts make up on farkles black eye)
Mayas POV after school
Lucas hasn't said anything since he punched farkle at all. He didn't even raise his hand. After school we went to topangas. We all tried to get Lucas to speak even me. Then Josh came by cause he started working there.
Z: its not gonna work guys. J: what's not gonna work? R: Lucas stopped talking. F: he also punched me. J: well that looks painful. M: what do you mean its not gonna work? Z: back home when the accident happened he didn't talk for 6 months.
M: you spill it now. Z: no m: why not? Z: bro code m: spill itttt. Z: you don't scare me m: why not z: cause if you hurt me Lucas will whoop your butt. M: but I'm a girl z: don't matter to him all that matters is you don't do anything to me.
M: even this? (Licks her finger to give him a wet Willie lucas stops her) z: told ya. R: how do we get him to talk? Z: you don't you wait. F: how long? Z: until he is ready.
