We made it to the water tribe in three days

Y/n: are we

I saw some water nearby going up and figured that Kai was going to try to hit me with it. I didn't want to reveal my new technique yet so I just apologized

Y/n: Sorry I'll shut up

Kai: I have a question for you

Y/n: Ask away

Kai: If you find that sword what will you do then

Y/n: No clue I haven't thought about that yet. I was so bent on trying to find that sword that I don't know what I would do once I had it, maybe try to find my old mentor or travel the world

Kai: What made you want to find the swords

Y/n: I want to be the strongest to protect people that I care about however I need to be stronger than I am currently. The swords are meant to help me grow into my new power

Kai: You are pretty strong already

Y/n: At my current level I can't protect anyone besides myself and even then I'll just try to help others

Kai: What brought this up

Y/n: I have people that I want to save however the paths we are going done is different.

Kai: I know that we fought and all however you saved your people

Y/n: I saved them because I couldn't control my power fully if I had used the sword I could have hurt them

I looked at the water and thought about how dangerous the flame could have been, I imaged all the pain that I could have inflicted

Y/n: I don't want anybody else to lose their parents or kids

Kai: You're rather kind for a fire nation soldier. Or should I say ex-solider?

Y/n: I just had a great mentor that I could learn from he taught me to be my own person. I think now I'm just trying to learn what that means

Kai: I wonder if things would be different if you and I had met under different circumstances

Y/n: Possibly, however how we met is interesting I wouldn't change a thing. I'm hoping that we can be friends

I started to wonder more about what I should say, where I mix the truth in with the lie

I told Kai the story that I had made up we rehearsed it and tried to play it off as though it was a fact. When we arrived at the tribe I was taken to the village chief and was asked who I was and what was my purpose.
