Joseon Hall was bustling.

Not like, bustling, but like BUSTLING BUSTLING.

Manager Nam's fears were confirmed. The hall was definitely too small for a BTS event. Even tourists who weren't fans wanted to catch a glimpse of the seven golden boys of the world.
Concerning the seven golden boys, they were interacting with fans, with bodyguards of course.

Jin scanned the hall. Jam-packed was the best word to describe the large room. And his colleagues? Oh well, Suga was signing an album  for a female fan who wouldn't... couldn't stop squealing excitedly. Suga gave her a genuine smile as he handed her the album.

"Thank you," she barely said, very close to hyperventilating.

" No, thank you for being my fan," Suga responded.

The girl nearly fainted hearing that. She barely turned around and walked away like she was drunk. Suga only smiled at the girl.

His other colleagues were also signing things, or signing on things. Papers, t-shirts....shorts?

Taehyung's confused look at the oblivious fan and owner of said shorts mirrored Jin's own.

He looked at the fan. Yep, definitely a minor. Kids these days, right?

"Uh, hyung, could you sign this for me?" A boy said with a patient look on his face. Jin suspected he had been standing there for minutes. Behind him was a very long queue. Oh, shoot.

"Sorry, carried away," he nervously laughed it off as he signed the album before giving it to the now grinning boy.

"Thank you, hyung!" The boy piped before going to give it to his shy younger sister standing at a corner." Oppa!" She said excitedly as she saw him walking towards her. The sight made Jin smile. Focusing on the task at hand, he continued signing.

Until a strange thing happened.
It was barely noticeable at first, but as minutes passed, he could feel the earth trembling beneath him. It would vibrate, then stop.

Around him, no one seemed to notice, so he went on signing.

Then it vibrated so much that Jimin fell off his chair. By then, everyone had started to whisper. He turned to J-hope." What's going on?"

J-hope only blinked, just confused as he was.

It was still vibrating, people had begun to barely stand.

And then it went silent.
"What the hell was that-" Suga was interrupted by a very loud crash. The building had begun to collapse. Everyone was panicking as the exit was now blocked by debris.

Amongst the shouts and screams, Manager Nam kept on hollering," Protect the boys! Protect the boys! Protect them!"

Which was quite funny because Jin had lost himself among the rushing crowd.
The building shook so terribly that huge chunks of debris came down, trapping him in a corner. He had been hit by a few of it and had gotten  bruises on his body. He was about climbing over the debris to find at least, a bodyguard when he heard a man desperately shouting for help. The crowd ignored him.

The man was trapped under huge chunks of the collapsed building.
Unable to ignore his compassionate side, Jin helped him remove the huge chunks of block on him.

The man kept saying, " My wife, my wife is in danger. I'm afraid she's under there," he wept, pointing to a large pile.

Jin helped the weak man up."I'll get her for you, don't worry." He led him to follow the crowd to another exit.

He began removing the large pile, piece by piece, ignoring the fact that the hall was heavily shaking, debris was falling down like huge chunks of ice, he was all alone in the hall and his life was in danger.

After what seemed like a long time, he finally got hold of the woman under the blocks. Noticing her baby bump, he gently carried her bridal style, shielding her head from any falling debris.

Outside, it was commotion. Sirens were blaring as as ambulances drove in to attend to the injured. And the panic had not subsided.

"Where is Jin hyung? Have you seen him?" J-hope said, frantically.

" No, I haven't. I was just about asking you," RM said. "Jungkook! Have you seen Jin?"

After ten minutes of looking through the crowd, it was confirmed that he was missing.

To say the BTS was worried was an understatement. The worst was going through their heads.

"What if- what if he's in the building?!" Jimin speculated, going wide eyed.

"Search the building!" Manager Nam ordered.

As the bodyguards made to, they stopped.

Someone was coming out, holding something.

It was Jin, holding a woman who had fainted. He himself was on the verge of collapsing, his hair and clothes dirty.
The bodyguards stopped the crowd from rallying round him as medics took the unconscious woman from him and led him to an ambulance where he finally fainted from exhaustion.

****************************************

His eyes slowly opened to see his band mates looking at him, concern etched all over their faces.

"Hyung, are you okay?" Namjoon asked concerned.

His back ached. Other than that, he was fine.

He only smiled at Namjoon, realizing that he was in the hospital.

"That was brave of you, hyung," Namjoon commented.

Taehyung agreed with him." What you did really took guts."

Although he was in no shape to laugh, he really wanted to. Guts? He didn't even think about the risks, he just did it in the heat of the moment.

But he only smiled in response.

"Whoa, everyone is talking about it on the internet," Hoseok said, showing Jin a page on his phone. It was filled with comments praising him for his bravery.

Jin smiled again.

"Are you sure you'll be fine? I could tell Manager Nam if you want-"

"No need, I'm fine."

There was a a pause before Yoongi said," Is no one going to talk about what the hell that was? A tremor in Seoul? With no warning?"

"Most natural disasters don't give warnings. It was a one time thing, I'm sure," Namjoon assured.

"What if it was staged or worse still, doctored by some sick person? I mean, tremors usually do give warnings weeks before something big happens like a building collapsing," Jungkook countered Namjoon.

Jin agreed with him. Why did a tremor have to happen in Seoul on the day of the event? And affect only the building they were in? It all seemed too coincidental to not be planned.

"Well, all I can say is that they're working on it and we'll find out the answer soon. Geo physicists have gotten interested in this case, that's for sure,"Namjoon responded.

Jin's fears, however, were still not allayed. What if someone was really after them? There had been countless ridiculous, risky attempts made by sasaengs to get their attention. Was this another crazy sasaeng operation?

Or, was it something more?
