Extended: Y/n getting bored and just doodling with felt tips and fine tip pens. They show up on Luka's wrist, and he sees these multiple drawings magically appearing on his inner left wrist. He sees musical notes and song ideas, carefully drawn flowers, which are Y/n's favorite, I hc them being orchids, messages to remember things when she's forgetful, etc etc. Luka writes down ideas for his melodies and draws beautiful but quick sketches for stringed instruments he wants to make when he's older, etc etc. Luka tests the theory of writing messages to his soulmate on his arm, and the last thing he expected was a response. This leads to slightly complicated conversations because of the time differences, but they're sweet none the less. When it starts to get into evening/night time, like 6 or 7 o'clock, in Paris for him, he annoys her about responding so quickly because this means she's wide awake at 2am when she should be sleeping. They both start carrying non-permanent markers in their pockets at all times after this. (There are rules, so they can't know where they are exactly, only main time differences, and some other stuff like that)
