Chapter 7

The bewildered encounter

' Don't you believe Father or does it make you astonished that how did I survive? ' asked Mabael. 'I have no such thoughts. I don't just have words to explain my present state of mind ' replied Leonard. ' Let me put an end to your long quest. Everything that has ever occurred in your life the past thirteen after the massacre were all according to my plan. All these incidents were tend to make you meet me ' informed Mabael. ' Meet you ? How can you justify this? If you have done this, it makes you none but a serial killer  ' replied Leonard. ' In these thirteen years, I haven't picked a gun but I was the reason behind these murders. I know from now on, I will be your primary suspect but wherever you go, there shall be bloodshed ' said Mabael. ' That won't happen  because at this very moment you shall die ' replied Leonard pointing a gun at Mabael. ' The only weakness of you humans is that you cannot anticipate what's about to happen next ' said Mabael. Before Leonard could pull the trigger, he heard a loud sound from behind. He looked back to see Brian standing. ' You have done a great job Brian, it's time for you to attain salvation ' said Mabael. Brian replied, ' I want to know your name because you showed me the true path '. ' I have no such identity but they call me the Anti-Christ ' replied Mabael. Hearing these words, Brian shot himself dead. Seeing the body, Leonard  panicked and turned back to shoot Mabael but he was long gone. Leonard thought, ' Have we nurtured a cursed soul or is this a test of our trust ? How could anybody think my brightest son shall become my darkest nightmare? I know who can explain this to me clearly, Alferd leader of the Black Mist Organization!'.

At Arlington Police Department

As soon as Leonard entered, his subordinates informed that Alferd had been shot dead. Leonard now finally understood that it was Mabael's doing but he thought there was someone betraying the department. He said, ' How could Mabael knew who I was going to ask? Whatever happens now, I shall put an end to his tyranny even if there is bloodshed all over '.
