Reversal of Fate

Hampton Spring Hotel

' It's been two days and we haven't received any information from Riley ', said Samuel. ' He must have lost his life ', replied Aaron. ' No, it can't be. Father you are losing hope. I can sense that Leonard's son has broken you mentally. We can't afford to lose. ', said Samuel. ' Son, the more you peer into the abyss, the darker it gets. ', replied Aaron. ' I won't accept any of this. Both Leonard and his son shall meet their end. I refuse to die before I accomplish it. ', said Samuel.

North Dakota ( Ambrose )

' They have finally gathered courage to face us ', said Mabael. ' When will they arrive ? ', asked Leonard. ' The weaker the opponent , the longer time it takes for them to prepare for a duel. ', replied Mabael. ' Alright then ', said Leonard. Harrison, came running towards Leonard. ' Sir, we have a sort of situation here. ', said Harrison. ' What is it ? ', asked Leonard. ' The Arlington Police Station has been burnt down. ', answered Harrison. ' A great war demands great souls as an offering. Let them play their game. ', said Mabael. ' In the end, their death will be honoured ', said Leonard with a heavy heart.

Hampton Spring Hotel

' Father, I am leaving now ', said Samuel. ' I shall wait for you my son ', replied Aaron. ' Take a few men with you ', advised Aaron. ' No Father, I can't risk it. I have a feeling that I would get betrayed. ', replied Samuel. ' Samuel, promise me that you shall bring me justice. ', said Aaron. ' I promise ', replied Samuel. Samuel left. ' Sir, sorry for the interruption but all of our henchmen have been found dead. ', reported a servant. ' All of them but oh I see, he may have killed my henchmen but I won't allow it. ', replied Aaron holding a gun in his hand pointing in all directions. ' I know you are here, hiding in the shadows. Show your face ! ', shouted Aaron. There was no answer. Within that instant, the servant who delivered the message collapsed. ' There is noone here. ', said Aaron. He examined the body carefully and found a dart. ' Probably it's poisoned. ', said Aaron. ' Correct, the tip of the dart has been poisoned with the deadly nightshade. It disrupts the nervous system and will destroy the body's ability to breath and regulate heart rates. Just the perfect substance to commit crimes. ', said Mabael emerging from the shadows. ' I won't say but if you had gone with your son it could enlarge your time on this Earth. ', said Mabael knocking off Aaron.

Dammasch State Hospital ( Oregon )

' I hope you had a good sleep Aaron ' , said Leonard. Aaron opened his eyes to find himself tied up in a bed. ' This place, get me out of here ',  begged Aaron. ' There is no escape from death. Uncle, I can kill you right now but that would mean that I showed mercy to you which I will not allow. You need to return something you took from my father. ', said Mabael. ' I only tortured him but took nothing from him ', said Aaron. ' Interesting, I am talking about my father's right eye. You shall return the favour by giving yours. The surgeons and doctors are here. They are going to take good care of you. ', said Mabael. Aaron was shouting at the top of his lungs but his prayers and protests were unheard. ' Please for God's sake beg me pardon ', requested Aaron. ' God doesn't reside here. ', replied Mabael.

Thirty minutes later,

' I owe you my son ', said Leonard who was able to see with both his eyes. ' You shall live with that one eye because you will get the chance to see your son suffer a horrific death. ', said Mabael. ' Who you truly are ? ' asked Aaron. ' I am the Anti-Christ ', said Mabael walking away.
