Y/n swings her haori over her shoulders before sliding in her arms into the big sleeves. She makes sure that both of her katanas are securely placed in their rightful areas between her hips before wearing her shoes and walking out of her guest room.
As she walked along the wooden-planked hallway, she felt the spring breezes flow through her hair, making her slightly shudder as she felt goosebumps creeping in.
She walks out of the residence and toward the mountains at the back of the village.
"Ah, Y/n? Is that you?"
Y/n blinks at the sudden mention of her name. She turns her head around and notices two males standing next to each other, still wearing the hyottoko mask.
She smiles at the two males, nodding her head in respect. "How may I help you gentlemen?"
"No, I'm down here!"
Y/n flinched at the same voice before slowly peering down.
Her eyes slightly widened at the sight of the village's Chief.

If she had to estimate, he was probably the same height as Kiyo and the other girls.
She took a step back before bowing deeper than 90 degrees. "I'm so sorry! Forgive me for my rudeness."
"It's alright, it's alright," Tecchin waved off as Y/n stood back up straight. "I just wanted to know where you're off to since you're wearing your uniform and have no weapons on you." The chief pointed out.
"Ah, well..." Y/n started, trying to recall what happened this morning.

"ARGH– I– HUH?? WHO??"
Y/n shouted as she jolted awake by the sudden loud noise that disturbed her deep slumber. Snapping her head towards her windowsill, she sighed loudly.
"Matsuemon! I thought I was going to die! I thought you were a demon." Y/n giggled as she slowly stood up and walked to Tanjiro's crow.
"Today at noon after lunch! Kamado Tanjiro has requested to meet you! At the North Gate of the Swordsmith Village! Caw!"
Y/n blinked. Does he want to meet me later?
She glanced at the miniature clock placed in the corner of the room. It was just 6:57 AM.
