Chapter 14: The Date

Luna's POV: I woke up in the morning, still feeling slightly upset from last night. D.D. Was not in his bed, so that meant he was already awake. I went downstairs and he was making breakfast.

D.D.: "Good morning babe!" He said to me cheerfully

Luna: "*yawn*, morning D.D."

D.D.: "Do you feel any better Luna..?"

Luna: "A little bit, yeah..."

D.D.: "Do you have any plans for us today..?"

That's when I came up with a great idea. I realized me and D.D. Have never been on an actual date before in our relationship, so maybe I can take him somewhere nice for once. But I wanted to keep it a surprise from him though.

Luna: "No, not really"

D.D. "Hmm... well maybe I can try to think of something for us! How does that sound?"

Luna: "Hm, not bad D.D.!"

Me and D.D. kinda spent most of the day watching our show we were watching last night and cuddling. Then, I finally broke him the question

Luna: "Hey um, D.D., can I ask you something..?"

D.D.: "Uhh... sure"

Luna: "Well, I was thinking we can go on a date. We've never really done that in our relationship before, and I was thinking maybe we can go out to a nice restaurant or something"

D.D.: "*gets slightly flustered and red* Oh- uh- I- uh- s-sure! I suppose a little formality never hurts every once in a while!"

A few minutes after that, we got up and started to get ready for our date. I got on a nice dress and D.D. put on a suit. I was so used to seeing D.D. in his usual emo outfits that it felt kinda weird. But, he kept the emo haircut though. We got a bit flustered at each other by seeing each other in the outfits. Then, we went to the nice restaurant.

When we finally got to our table, we sat down and we chatted for a bit. We talked about how life's been and stuff. The waitress came by and asked what we ordered. We both decided to order steak. We talked a bit more until our food finally arrived. And the steak was really good. After eating the food, we thanked the waitress, and headed home.

Luna: "Wow... I absolutely loved our first date D.D."

D.D.: "*blushing*  Y-yeah... me too"

Luna: "Do you think we should do more of this in the future?"

D.D.: "Y-yeah, we s-should"

Luna: "Well I'm glad you enjoyed the first date babe <3"

We drove until he went to my house. But before dropping me off at my place, we kissed. We ended up getting a bit "too passionate". Let's just say, it was more than intense making out in the car. Anyway, after THAT, I kissed D.D goodbye, and went home. Then, I saw D.D. drive away.
