For the moment that things got too much for the place the storm was getting rusty but in the end, he had seen others suffering to stop the dragon, so Venti started to use his thousand winds while calling Divalins to name it took a hard time before he flows away from the city of Mondstadt and finds to the people who will help him to stop this from chaos that caused the damage from the place and protect the city of Mondstadt with all his people that were praying for others safety.
While Y/n, Amber, and Lisa were safe inside the library to look for something they heard the storm making some violent sound, and outside their windows, and heard the screaming blue dragon from aching pain.
When they were busy the storm stopped while Amber, Y/n, and Lisa were aware that the dragon had gone but not for too long.

"The other knights in Mondstadt are currently handling this storm and the dragon that is causing all this chaos. They are trying their best to keep the storm from getting out of hand," Lisa explained.
Amber nodded in agreement, adding, "Yes, they are doing what they can to keep everyone safe, and we have to trust that they'll be able to handle the storm and the dragon."
Outside, the sky stayed blue and peaceful, with no signs of the storm returning.
As Y/n looked at the outside of the window from the library then she looked at them and said.
Y/n: "... Let's go and continue to have this moment where can I study different elements from a book that can be handled at the end of it?"
Lisa and Amber both smiled at Y/n, realizing that despite the events going on outside, she was still determined to finish her studies.
