Week later I woke up feeling a slight pain in my abdomen and wetness on the bed. "La-La-Lari-sa" I screamed in pain she immidiatly took my hand and asked " It's time isn't it?" I nodded crying out. She looked at me with worry and ran into the closet taking my hospital bag and new clothes for me and herself. I tried to stand up but I fell back on the bed. She changed herself and put her hair in messy bun. Then she cleaned me up and changed me into a blue dress.

"Larrisa text my sister to come take care of Laury and your mother to ahhh get here quick as fuck ughhh" she gave me a kiss and texted them " you sis is here in a second lets go down to the car." I looked at her and she helped me get up but as she saw that I'm unable to walk she picked me up walked with me. She sat me down in the passager seat and went for the bags and the double stroller with car seats.

Then my sister came and gave me a hug saying "it's going to be okay me with Laury will come when she wakes up and Feo with Niko when they wake up. Don't worry I will be on the phone all the time." Larrisa then gave her a hug saying that she can feel at home and that she can go to sleep in our bedroom if she wants. Lena then went in and Larrisa took off. She drove us to the hospital trying not to break any speed limits.When we got to the hospital she sat me down on a wheel and took out the hospital bags. She walked with me to the reception and said " Hi could you help us my wife's water broke and she is having strong contractions" I groaned making Larrisa take my hand as the nurse called the doctor. Minute later she hang up and said "Come with me doctor Miller is waiting for you." Larrisa nodded and I said " Larrisa please don't worry okay I will be fine" She looked down at me and gave me a kiss before walking with me after the nurse. We got to the maternity ward and the doctor took us in a room asking " how far away are these contractions ?" Larrisa looked at her phone and said " every five minutes." The doctor wrote it down and asked " So your name is Katarina Alianovna Weems 22 years old. You are 38 weeks pregnant with twin girls. You don't have any allergies and don't take any medications. You are giving birth for the first time. You wanted to give birth in a water pool. Am I right?" I nodded and asked " can I get changed into the bra please? And can I eat?" The nurse gigled and said " of course Mrs. Weems and your wife can get changed too I know she will want to be with you the whole time. And yes you can eat" I smiled and she walked out taking our bags with her to prepare everything in the room where I'm giving birth. When we git changed the doctor got in and said " Kate I know it will be uncomfy but I need to check how much dialated are you okay?" I looked at Larrisa and took her hand saying " yes " Larrisa then hugged me and whispered sweet nothings into my ear. " Ready ?" I nodded trying to focus only on Rissa's voice. The doctor smiled and said " 5 centemeters so we still have plenty of time " I groaned making Larrisa hug me even tighter. She helped me get thru the contraction again asking the doctor " can my mother stay with us ? She is her way here ." The doctor took of her gloves and said " It's okay with me and if you are comfortable with you then there is no problem " Larissa smilled and thanked the doctor and then the nurse came saying " everything is ready " Mrs Weems and your mother is already waiting for you in your room so lets go" Larrisa helped me get on the wheelchair again and the we went in our room. There was already pool filled with water and a joga ball. Larrisa mom walking around the room nervously . " Hi girls. Ohhh honey how are you ?" She asked when the nurse helped me get in the pool. I looked at her and answered " I'm as fine as I can be right now and where is dad?" I asked taking her hand. " He went to get you something to eat girls. Why don't you try to sleep while you can hmm?" She asked when Larrisa got in the pool behind me. I was laying in Larrisa's arms . " Mhmm I will try but you should get sleep too mom, Rissa" her mom smilled and said " is cute when you call me mom and my husband a dad." I smilled at her exhausted and Larrisa said " it's okay babe go to sleep. I will look after you okay ?" I hummed and closed my eyes. Few seconds later I doze of to a deep slumber. I was dreaming about me holding the babies and Larrisa playing with Laury in the pool. I was asleep around half an hour before Larrisa woke me up. " Honey wake up the doctor needs to check on you again. " I opened my eyes slowly and said " fine " the doctor rolled up her sleaves and said " ready Kate ?" I nodded and closed my eyes groaning from the pain that started again. " You are 7 centemeters dialated. You wife told me that you woke up due to pain and wetness so I can say that you are giving birth for around 6 hours " I opened my eyes as the contraction ended and said " thank you doctor Miller" the doctor gave me a quick hug and walked away . " милашка (cutie) do you want to eat something?" Irina asked standing up from her housbands lap. I turned to her "please and hi dad" He stood up and gave me hug saying " Hi darling girl " Irina took out a baguet with a chicken breasts. She gave it to me and I said " thank you " She gave me a kiss on the cheek and sat down on the couch again. I ate the whole thing in a minute but then I started to feel even stronger pain making me scream. Larrisa hugged me trying to calm me down " honey should I go get the doctor to give you epidural ?" I looked at her crying " no I don't want epidural but something not that strong. " Alex went to get the doctor and she said " we can only give you a pethidine . " I screamed again so she took that as yes as Larrisa hugged me even tighter and started crying into my hair. The doctor came back and injected me with the medication. Few minutes later I started to feel better and Larrisa calmed down and gave me a kiss asking " how do you darling girl?" I smilled at her and gave her a long kiss before telling her " I feel amazing honey " she stood up and helped me get up. " Where are we going?" Larrissa took my hand and sat me down on the joga ball. " Darling do you want to drink something?" I hummed bouncing on the ball. She took out a apple juice and a cranberrie juice. " Baby girl which one do you want ?" I thougt and said "Cranberrie " she smiled and gave it to me. She then took of her sweather and went in the pool. After I took few sips of the delicios juice she helped me get in. We spend next three hours talking and playing games. Then the doctor came in with the nurse and said " you should be fully dialated but let me check if I'm right. " I looked up at Larrisa's mom who came to our side taking my hand. The doctor put on new pair of gloves and checked me. " I was right you are fully dialated but it seems like one of the twins have a some kind of a problem in there. Don't worry now lets get you ready. " I looked at Larrisa worried about the babies but she gave me a kiss saying " They are strong don't worry about them " I took her hand and asked " Could you take of your clothes for me please I want to feel your skin against mine." She looked at her father and he then left. Larrisa took off her clothes and hugged me from behind. The doctor came in and asked "Ready?" I nodded and Larrisa's mom gave me a kiss on the forehead and said " you are strong baby I will be in the waiting room so if you need me just call m'kay ?" I gave her thumbs up and she left me alone with Larrisa and Miller. Doctor Miller took off her cloak. She lowered herself down next to us so she could easily take the babies. " Okay when you feel the contraction again push fine?" I nodded and then it came I felt the pain again and screamed. " You are doing good darling girl" Larrisa said caresing my shoulders. I pushed as much as I could. " I see the head Kate " I gigled and then the pain came again so I pushed and then again and again. " Look honey it's our baby " I looked down and saw a baby in the water so I took it out and put it on my chest. I heard the most beutifull thing in my life and that was my baby's scream. " So how do you want to name her ? " Larrisa looked at her and said " Leticia Lilith Weems?" I nodded and the doctor took her from me as I had another contraction. She then called the nurse and she walked away with our baby to get her clean and show her to Larrisa's parents. Then I gave birth to Beatrice but she didn't cry or anything and she was blue. I started crying so did Larissa and the doctor immedietly cut the umbillical cord and ran away. When she got back we asked " It's everything okay with Beatrice Lena Weems?" She looked down and said " I'm so sorry but we don't know if she will survive. " I then screamed and Larrisa got out of the pool. I didn't know why because everything was blury. I had a weird feeling like I wasn't in my body. Then I looked down and saw pool full of blood and doctor Miller taking out my placenta but then I heard Miller yell for more doctors to come. Before I passed out Larrisa started sobbing so I whispered " I love you Larrisa" and then I passed out.
