Chapter 6

Kai's POV

I'm playing with a pen as Cat's elevator opens, and she walks out.

She's wearing big sunglasses and holding her purse, Kara quickly gets up and hands her the coffee.

"Thank you... Kara." Cat says and I see my sister's mouth open slightly in shock.

Cat turns to me as she takes off her sunglasses and winks at me, I blush slightly and smile back at her.

As the work day moves along, I catch myself staring at Cat more than usual.

Her ass looks great in those pants, but I have mainly been staring at her face as she concentrates on her work.

I walk to the bathrooms after I snap out of it. Good thing about CatCo is the bathrooms, it's just one room, no stalls, you just lock the door.

After doing my business I washed my hands before opening the door.

I'm quickly pushed back and the door is slammed shut and I hear the lock click.

I look down and see Cat, I open my mouth to question it but before I could get a word out, she connects our lips, harshly.

Moaning slightly, I grip her waist and pull her into me.

After a few minutes she pulls away and smirks at me, "Hey." Cat whispers.

"Hi." I breathe out and smile at her. "What was that for?" I ask.

Cat smiles before messing with my hair as I stare at her, "I wanted to kiss my girlfriend, is that a crime?" I shake my head before she grabs my hand and holds it as she continues to play with my hair. "I could feel you staring at me all day." I blush at being caught.

"Sorry." I pout at her, "You just look so beautiful it's hard not to." Cat blushes deep red.

"You're so cute." Cat says as she grabs my face.

"You look really pretty in my shirt." I tell her as I play with the buttons of the white shift she stole from my place last night.

Carter is with his dad all week and has been gone for a day so she stayed at my place.

"You think?" Cat asks as she spins around, taking a step back.

"I really do." I say as I fix it slightly.

"How about... you take it off me later?" Cat says with a smirk and I freeze.

"Really?" I ask her feeling hot at the thought.

"I've never been more serious." She tells me, and I nod like a puppy. "You, my darling, are adorable."

I grin at her and she smiles back, "We need to get back to work." I tell her, she nods. "You go first, I'll be out in a few."

"Smart idea." Cat says before walking out.

I smile to myself as I wait a few minutes, before walking out and back to my desk.

Cat's POV

I watch as Kaiden walks back to her desk, smiling to herself. God her ass in those pants.

This morning before she left, I suggested she wore tighter pants and she quickly agreed. Sadly she had work 3 hours earlier than I was going in so I couldn't enjoy it for long.

But the best part of being the boss is I can leave whenever.

Kaiden sits down and starts typing on her laptop, I bite the end of my glasses as I stare at her.

Kara walks in, bringing my attention towards her, "Ms.Grant, I have the layouts you asked for." Kara says, typing away on her tablet as she walks closer.
