It was 6:32 am when I boarded my flight, I was sitting in the window seat looking out into the misty grey sky. I put in my headphones as we slowly took off. The grin on my face got bigger every second we got closer to Boston; it had been ages since I last went. I would contact Nick often and Chris maybe every few weeks, Matt still hasn't accepted my request on snapchat and doesn't respond on Instagram. The only reason I decided to come back is because my Mother had chosen Mary Lou to be my guardian if she was ever sick, which she is. The plane landed around 1:27 pm and I went to the luggage checkout. As the caracole went around, I could hear a faint yell of someone calling my name. I turned around to see a short pale brunette with green eyes and freckles.

"Mya" she exclaimed giving me a hug.

It took me a while to realise who it was when it hit me, the last time I had visited a family was moving into the house next door. They had two daughters and a son.

"Ellie?" I said confused if I was referring to the right person.

"C'mon," she said taking one of my bags on her shoulder and the other in her left hand.

Once we got outside, I felt the soft breeze from the fall wind and the light drops of rain falling from the sky. I stood there closing my eyes and taking it all in.

"You coming?" she said.

I could tell she was in a rush, but I'm not sure why.

I proceeded to walk faster and put the rest of the luggage in the boot. I opened the car door and sat down turning the air conditioner towards me, as we set off on the road. The drive was quiet and long but I was comforted by the amazing view of the forest and the light music in the background.
