*+* Isadora's POV *+*

"Hate is a very strong word, but dislike isn't. However, why do we feel that way?" I lay awake on my bed asking unanswerable questions.

"Isadora, it's 11 at night," Klaus said, getting into his bed which was the bunk below me. I looked at him.

"Do you think I care? No? Then goodnight," I turned off the light attached to my bed. Klaus and I fell asleep. The next day, I went to the library to find answers. Klaus joined me because he wanted to.

"Dewey Decimal System number..." Klaus looked at a catalog of the Dewey Decimals. His finger grazed a familiar one, the number for Shakespeare's works!

"We're not looking for Shakespeare!" I joked, looking at the Dewey Decimals dedicated to his marvelous works that I read. Klaus didn't care for the joke, but I think I managed a slight chuckle out of him. He found a Dewey Decimal for 'Emotions' so that worked. I pulled out a book that looked older than myself and perused through it.

"Nope," I said, setting it on the chair next to me. Klaus sighed and picked it up. He put it back with the other books.

"I'll tell you." He grasped my hand and pulled me off of the chair. I was confused but went with it. "Because at times I can Dislike you and still love you but can't hate you and love you. He kissed me and I smiled.

"And that's why hate is a strong word!" I said, but I still had questions. Yes, I harassed Klaus with the rest of these questions, and the same thing happened. I lay awake without sleeping, wondering about my question, going to the library, then finding the answer and we hug or whatever. But that is true friendship (or more) to do that every time.
