name — fallon ortega * faceclaim— eliza taylor * age— late 20's to 30's family— a younger brother, alive (you can pick the faceclaim). his whereabouts are unknown, but could be discovered later. background— she worked as a mechanic before the apocalypse hit. on outbreak day, she was working on vehicles outside when a walker bit her. she immediately found her way to the hospital, but her fate was not like the rest. the fever came, and then it went. after sleeping for a mere 48 hours, she wakes up completely human with the only trace of walkers being a scar on her forearm. she wanders alone for a few days before she gets to the cdc, and the doctor of course lets her in to perform tests on the girl.
EXTRA !
• when the doctor performed neurological tests, only small parts of the virus seemed to have affected the brain. the primary motor cortex was the most affected, and she now experiences muscle spasms and twitches
• because her body burnt out the virus with a fever, it built up a certain immunity to the virus. eating tainted meat or being bitten again will not turn her (unless the wound is deadly)
• she's skilled with mechanics and getting things to work because she has a degree in engineering
•if you include negan later on, she will absolutely play the fuck out of him with her bite
RELATIONSHIP NOTES !
• fallon and daryl are very "sunshine and grumpy" trope. she lives off of fake optimism *
• daryl was VERY suspicious of her bite at first and wanted her dead before she could kill anyone else
• if you want them to have kids, they can, but the effects of the immunity on a fetus are unknown
•fallon is very blunt and sarcastic and loud, and daryl doesn't talk a lot at first so their dynamic will be strange. her love language will be constantly throwing remarks at him
