114: First Wave Defeated

The scene reopens to the town of Magnolia where the battle between Fairy Tail and three members of the Spriggan Twelve was occurring. And the Desert King, Ajeel Raml had just been defeated, causing the massive sandstorm around the town to die down, and making him the first of the Twelve to fall.

In the forest to the East of the town, where the Osprey Unit and the Jupiter Cannon was positioned, Bisca, Asuka, and Alzack stood there with expressions of amazement. 

Alzack: "Whoa, what the heck was that?!" he said in surprise, it only been a few minutes since the red beam shot through the sky and destroyed the leading ship of the Ajeel fleet.

Bisca: "This thing had just finished charging up, too." she said, a little displeased from the sudden wreckage of her target after the Jupiter cannon had finally been fully charged. But when she looked through the scope of the giant cannon, and pointed it to where the destruction at happened. She gasped in shock and delight at what she saw.

Jet: "What just happened?!" the speedster exclaimed, while the Mages inside the guildhall weren't able to see the red beam from inside the building, they had felt the sheer power from it as it shot through the sky before the they heard the sounds of ships being destroyed and seemed to have stopped the sandstorm.

Warren: "I'm not sure." he said, looking at the screen of his radar. "It seems that was the power my sensors were detecting from the north of us. And it seems a portion of the force that accompanied the source of that power has also reached Magnolia! It looks like most of that portion made it to where Natsu and the others are battling Ajeel's troops, and my radar is sensing another source of great power! And also a smaller amount of the portion is in the same street Gray and his group are fighting the guys that made a hole in Freed's enchantment, where I'm detecting two more sources of immense power! But I haven't got any messages from our friends fighting out there." he said in confusion. "And it looks like the rest of this new force is approaching the city, fast!" he added.

Mavis: "Just what is going on?! Did Alvarez send an extra batch of troops to attack Magnolia from the North while we're struggling with the current invading forces?!" she wondered in her mind nervously. "But if that's why haven't Natsu's or Gray's groups called for help through our telepathic channel, if they've already encountered this new group?" she added.

Makarov: "That power, could it be..." he thought, as the power they felt from above them felt familiar to him.

Down on the ground to the southwest of Magnolia, where the three Dragon Slayers had been battling the soldiers from Ajeel's fleet. Alongside the majority of the Red Guardian advance party as well as Kyoka who had arrived recently.

Wendy: "The sandstorm..." she said happily, after the massive sandstorm had died down.

Gajeel: "It's gone! And thanks to..." he grunted calmly, while Natsu looked upwards with a grin on his face. The three of them were able to sense the Mythical Mage approaching due to their enhanced dragon senses, other than the hint they got from the arrival of his soldiers. 

But then the three Dragon Slayers noticed Solus steadily descending toward the ground, with a passed out Erza in his arms. Natsu grinned and hurriedly raced towards the lowering couple in the sky.

Gajeel: "She's been hurt pretty bad! You go with him!" he said to the Sky Dragon Slayer, who nodded as Carla grabbed her and started flying her over to the duo in the air. "You better go with, Blue." he said to Happy, who gave him an "aye" before flying following Wendy and Carla through the air. "We can handle the rest of these punks." the Iron Dragon Slayer stated, as he and Lily turned towards the remaining desert warriors. The amount of Ajeel troops had severely plummeted since the arrival of the Red Guardians.
