The art of dancing is a perfect combinations of music created by the sound of instruments, a profound steps, an unexpressed emotions, balance, composure, and flexibility.

Ballet carries symbolization of grace, discipline, and the pursuit of perfection.

"Plie." My mother said and so I bend my knees while keeping my back straight.

The physical demands of ballet mirror life's challenges, requiring resilience, dedication, and the ability to transcend limitations.

"Tendu." I stretch my leg and foot along the floor with my toes pointing.

It represents the human struggle for harmony and balance amidst chaos.

"Releve." I rise onto the balls of my feet while maintaining a balanced posture but my knees tremble and so I fell. "Sylvia! Goodness gracious, how-- what a disgrace!" she yelled furiously.

Ballet often conveys themes of love, loss, passion, and transformation, serving as a powerful vehicle for storytelling and emotional expression.

"My apologies. " I said as I stand up as quickly as possible, but I ended up straddling because the tie of my shoes was loose. Her students make fun of me.

Pointe shoes holds strength and dedication required to achieve a perfect art. It represents the ballerina's pain and sacrifice behind beauty, as dancers endure immense physical strain to execute delicate movements.

"Don't you cry." My mother pointed out. I'm so frustrated.

Pointe shoes embody the transformative journey of a dancer, from ordinary to extraordinary, as they rise above challenges to achieve their dreams.

"This one is lovely. It suits you well." My father stated as he showed me a beautiful tutu.

"But not as lovely as her dance." My mother mocked with her narrowed eyes.

Tutu is symbol of elegance, grace, and femininity. Representing the ethereal beauty and otherworldly presence of the ballerina on stage. It's layered tulle signifies the skill that the dancer has honed over years of training.

"I'd rather call you the sly swan. Your dancing is awful." My mother said with her cold voice in disgust.

The structure and poise required to dance in a tutu reflect the inner strength and control of the dancer, showcasing their ability to overcome challenges and embody the artistry of ballet.

"Grand jete." A large, leaping movement where one leg is thrown forward into the air while the other is extended backward. "If you cannot dance ballet properly. I would never accept you as my daughter but a fool."

Why—Why do you hate me that much?
