Quinn stated,

"They could have ignored the mind link and proceeded to ask permission, hence my parents myself and Darius, Lloyd, and Armond would also have been murdered".

Darius growls in a deep voice,

"Is this the way you should show your gratitude".

Quinn touching Darius' arm, looked at Randolph, his eyes had also turned purple-red but faded back to red.

Randolph asked,

"What has happened to you both",

Darius turned to look at his father and said,

"While we were in the ground the transformation and regeneration changed me, we have changed, I recall talking with a very old gentleman, he was talking to us, and I shared his memories of families and battles".

Randolph said,

"But how has Quinn evolved the same, if it was in you".

Darius replies,

"The old man told me that since he has my venom and blood in him, he would change with me, and become part of me", "We had exchanged blood with each other, several times before this."" I have made him my mate".

A Councillor stands and says,

"Breaches again with this pair, we have rules, they ignore the rules, several breaches have happened here, we cannot let it go this time",

Darius turns and looks at him his eyes turn purple-red, and he looks the Councillor up and down,

"Should we talk about breaches sir", "you have hunted the humans for pleasure, the clan bands this: so, we can co-exist with them. " You fed on them without permission", "taken supplies, you did not have permission to take? Do you wish me to continue".

The Councillor calls Darius a "liar".

Darius steps forward and hisses at him.

Quinn again settles Darius, Armond Steps forward and escorts the Councillor out to his men.

Patrick steps forward and asks,

"May I explain:" "I may shed some light on this transformation":

Randolph nods,

"Yes."

Patrick continues, telling them,

"Of, and, explaining the myth amongst the Welsh", "a very old, old, breed of Vampires that have purple-red eyes, it is told they are hyper strong, can look at anyone and read the attitude of them, if they are telling the truth, and they can sometimes see the future, this clan we thought had vanished as they disappeared, occasionally someone would report a purple-red eyed vampire sighting, but as we could not prove it."

"I am not sure but talking with Marilyn today: a great, great, aunt of hers, on her great, great grandfather's side, always told stories of the mores and Wales, she always said her great grandfather told her them. This may be the link to that clan".

Randolph looks at Marilyn and she nods,

"Yes, it is true".

Darius steps up and tells his father,

"It is true once the transformation was finished, I recalled the memories of the vampire that passed his genes onto me". "I saw the line of Mother's clan, I witnesses the battles, births and death, it is from your line, looking at his mother, on your grandfather's side."

Darius adds "he had no indication why it decided to regenerate with him and not before with other family lines. "

Darius and Quinn walk to Patrick and "Thank him."

Darius says, in a deeper voice, that,

"He calls this questioning to cease".

Randolph nodded and dismissed the Councillors.

Darius and Quinn return to their normal state, The parents move to greet Darius and Quinn.

Randolph asks Darius,

"If he would be coming home now,

Darius tells his father,

"That Quinn is beside him now, as his partner". "They would stay at Quinn's, till they find a residence of their own".

Randolph started to complain, but Marilyn glared at him and stopped him. After a while Marquis, Margareta, Patrick, Quinn, and Darius go outside to enter the carriage, they are all chatting amongst themselves,

Darius places his hand on Margareta's shoulder, about to say something, but suddenly she stops, leaning over, whimpering, tears flowing down her face, Darius Looks up and stops. Margareta says,

"She feels a great sense of sadness come over her,".

They look at Darius, his eyes turn a very light blue, Darius is in a trance-like state, Quinn grabs him trying to get a response calling:

" Darius, Darius"

Quinn tried to mind link with him, but there seemed to be a shield, like film around him, he could see Darius in front of him in his mind, and he saw what Darius was seeing in his premonition: "vampires, wolves, and humans fighting, vampires and wolves are tearing each other apart, humans are trapping Vampires and burning them. Vampires are ripping humans apart; Wolves are attacking humans ripping and feeding on them. Vampires, humans, and wolves are attacking their own, not trusting each other and killing those they don't trust."

Quinn breaks the mind link and supports Darius till the vision is over, Marquis is holding Margareta as she weeps.

Patrick looks at Marquis and Margareta,

"that's three", "I don't know if anything else has evolved over the centuries",

They stand looking at each other.

Margareta tells Marquis,

"The feeling is fading, she feels better."

Darius moans and nearly falls to his knees suddenly, Quinn tightens his grip on him,

Darius looks at Quinn, about to tell him what he saw,

Quinn tells him,

" I mind linked with you as you were in a trance-like state, I shared it, we should get you home to rest."

Quinn helps Darius into the carriage, seated and holding Darius,

Quinn repeats what he saw with Marquis, Patrick, and Margareta.

Patrick asks,

"If they have a timeline or could recognize anything that told us when it might happen?"

Quinn answered,

"No, maybe Darius did, we can ask him after he has rested."

They travel to the De Glanville Estate, quietly thinking, and looking at each other.
