Karate Love (Tommy x Reader)

Part 14: The Tournament

The tournament day is finally here which makes me pretty nervous. Me,Daniel,Ali and Mr Miyagi went to the front desk to register Daniel in.

"What belt are you?" the staff asks while writing Daniel's info down.

"my belt?" Daniel asks before getting interrupted by Mr Miyagi.
"Why matter?"

"This is open division. It's only for brown belt or above" the staff stated.

"Boy black belt" I furrow my eyebrows since Daniel didn't have any belt training.

"You better hustle. They're starting. Down the hall, to the left." the staff points in the direction.

"I'll see you inside" Ali kiss Daniel on the cheek and pat his back.

"Bye Daniel" I hug him before pulling away.

"okay. Bye." Daniel said before running to the hall.

Ali and I made our way to follow Daniel when Mr Miyagi pulled on my hand leaving Ali to walk alone.

"Excuse me,mr referee. This is not 'Miyaji'. Miyagi" He distracted the referee while handing me the black belt for Daniel.

I took the black belt and immediately hid it in my shirt before making my way to Ali waiting for Daniel to come out from the changing room.

Daniel POV

I was trying to figure out how to wear my gi when Dutch and the others come inside the changing room startling me.

"Well, well, well, look who we have here. Our little friend,Daniel. Hello, Daniel" Dutch said grinning.

I tried my best to ignore him as the other Cobra stood beside the gate watching silently.

"What's the matter? Mommy not here to dress you" he said mockingly as I kept ignoring him.

"I'm talking to you,punk" He pushed me down to the dresser (idk what it's called) making me stand to defend myself. "Come on, make a move" he shouts.

"Hey! Save it for the ring! Come on get out" the referee pushes them all out except for Dutch and Tommy.

"All right." Dutch said to the referee before stepping closer to me. "points or no points, you're dead meat" he threatens.

"I said out!" the referee yells.

"dead meat" he points his fingers towards me while walking backwards glaring.

"Way to go, I think he's going to cry" Tommy said laughing patting Dutch shoulder making their way out.

I sat down on the bench to take a breath when I saw Tommy appear back.

"Hey, Larusso." he said grinning. I actually can't believe my sister is dating this guy.

"What?" I ask not even looking at him.

"Is your sister here?"

I nod

"All right, tell her I miss her." he said before laughing and made his way out of the room.

I shake my head in disbelief before continue to change.

Your POV

"The winner of the first match
in the open division is Rufus Schneider." we heard the referee announced.

"Where the hell is Daniel? what's taking him so long?" I complain while chewing on my chips.

Ali shrugs while fiddling with the black belt.

"Mr Miyagi!" Daniel shouts from behind making his way towards us.

"Daniel-san. Hurry up, the tournament starting" Mr miyagi said while Ali rushed to tie the belt around Daniel's waist.
