It was Saturday night and I was thinking about sneaking out to hang out with my brother who was still in town. Right after I take my phone out of the secret hiding place I get a call from Aaron. I quickly go into my closet and close the door.
" Hey Alina!" Aaron says over the phone. Before he can say anything else I cut through and say,
" Aaron, what do you want! Remember I'm not supposed to have a phone so you aren't supposed to call me when my parents are home!" I checked the door to make sure my parents were still downstairs.
"Oh yeah, sorry I forgot about that." Aaron says in an embarrassed tone. I reassure him by saying,
" It's okay, Aaron, I'm still getting used to this too. Whatcha want to talk about." Aaron says,
"I was thinking that maybe we could tell Aph about your idea of making her Alpha tomorrow. That way she could have a week for us to show her how to do everything."
"That's a great idea!" I say my voice now calmer. Aaron dialed Aph's number and when she picked up we were greeted by long banging music along with the sound of people talking, and some werewolf kid howling. Me and Aaron immediately ask,
"Are you at a party?" I can just tell by our voices that we both had confused faces. Aph says,
" Worse, I'm hosting one." I feel shocked. Why would her mom ever allow that?
" You are?!" Me and Aaron both say.
"Ugh, Katelyn and Kawaii Chan decided to host one at my house. I can't get anyone out and no one's listening to me!"
"They would do that?" I asked very surprised since Katelyn seemed pretty chill.
" Do you guys think you could help me out, please?" She sounded desperate. Aaron immediately says,
" We could go over to your house? Um, but what would your mom think?" I add on by saying,
" Wait, your mom is letting you have a party?!" Aph immediately cuts us off by saying,
" My mom left town this weekend and left me in charge. Please you guys, I need help getting everyone out of the house." I immediately think that it would be a great opportunity to tell her our plans, and all so if Aaron was going we could bond a bit more... But it is mostly about helping Aph! I immediately jump out the window and start running showing the track athlete in me. Because of me no longer being in a cast I was basically there by the time Aph was done talking. When I got close to the door I saw Aaron also really close out of breath just like me. Guess we were both really fast. We press the doorbell and are greeted by Aph looking super surprised that we were already there.
"Hey!" We both say with our phones still in our hands.
"How'd you get here so fast?" Aph says. Aaron immediately brushed off the question allowing me to get out of it as well.
" You need us to get everyone out?" Aaron says. Aph says,
"Yeah, but no one is listening to me." Me and Aaron immediately step up for the challenge.
"Hey!" Aaron yells, making the music stop. I continue the sentence by saying,
" You're all gonna leave, right now!" Two wolves come up to us and say,
" No one makes us leave a party." Me and Aaron smirk at each other then pick one up each and throw them out the window. We turn around and say,
"Anyone else?!" Everyone immediately starts to leave the party screaming, something that hasn't happened for awhile since I we started managing our anger. Me and Aaron walk over to clean up the window so Aph can talk to her friends about this whole secret party situation. As I see Kawaii Chan leaving I can see her starry eyes beaming looking at me and Aaron cleaning up the window.
