Chapter:15, The Accidental Text.

It was a nice Saturday morning. I was just sitting on my bed with my crutches next to me. I suddenly got a text from Shu- I mean Aph.

Shu: " Hey, why don't you come over for dinner! It would be so much fun." She doesn't sound like herself but I text back,

Alpha: " Sure, what time?"

Shu: " 5:30 would be great, see you there." Shu texts. Weird she didn't say anything about me having a broken leg. She's been texting me about that all night. 

"Welp maybe she got over it" I thought.

Later that day 

I was walking towards Aphmau's house. It was a bit far away so I started walking with my crutches at 4:30 since no car meant I had to walk everywhere. On my way I see a few kids walking to her house a bit more dressed up than I am which makes me feel a bit conscious. I'm just wearing my red crop top, black jacket, and black torn jeans. While thinking about how underdressed I am I trip over something and start falling to the ground. Thankfully before I hit the ground Aaron caught me.

" Alina are you okay?!" He says looking at me with confused but caring eyes, I blush a bit but knock it off by saying,

" Yeah I just tripped over something. I'm really good at that." We both laugh at my comment as he put me back on my feet.

" Where are you going?" Aaron asks me, "You live a bit too far to be walking this far just for a jog?"

"I'm going to Shu's. She invited me for dinner. What about you? You live farther than me from here." I say looking at his clothes which the colors seemed exactly opposite to mine.

" I also got invited to Shu's house." He says. We both looked puzzled by why we were both invited separately. " I'll walk with you the rest of the way. Then I can give you a ride home, You really shouldn't be walking with that on." Aaron says, starting to help me get a good grip on my crutch again.

"I couldn't." I said not wanting to waste his time.

"Don't worry about it." 

"Okay, but make sure you don't fall on anything. I don't think I could catch you." I said and we both started laughing. 

Soon enough we were in front of Aph's house. I could smell- I mean hear other people inside. I get Aph wanted to help us socialize better but come on. We walk up to the door and see a surprised/annoyed Aphmau.

" Are you guys also here for dinner?" She says, sounding like she had no idea about it.

" Well yeah you sent us both a text, I have a question for you though why didn't you just send it in the group chat?" I ask.

" My mom did all of this. She took my phone and invited every boy on my contacts to see who I hang out with after school." She says.

"Aph, I'm a girl?" I say looking a bit puzzled.

" Your contact still says Alpha, she just made the assumption that you were a guy. Either way, come on in." We walk inside and see Aph's mom standing right there like she was judging us. 

She was looking at our ripped clothes and how we weren't as dressed up as the other people here. She was also looking at my support cast and my crutches.

"Who are you two?" She says with a questioning and stern voice at the same time. Scary. Aph jumps in and says,

"These are my friends Alina and Aaron, also known as Alpha and FC."

" Oh, I thought Alpha was a boy!" Aph's mom says in a bit of an embarrassed tone. 

"Nope 100% girl." I said trying to crack one of my jokes. Aph's mom doesn't seem to get it but thankfully Aph pulled her mom over to probably talk about Aph's mom stealing her phone. We walk over to the table and see Garroth and a white haired boy. White hair boy stands up and introduces himself.
