Athena could still see the black smoke despite being mile away from Terminus.
It practically invaded the sky with its black shade of smoke.
The Dixon girl was beyond sleep deprived and hungry, but she had to keep going.
They were going to find a place soon.

That night the whole group had stopped in the middle of the woods to rest.
They had made a camp for the night and everyone was standing together, talking among each other.
Daryl was talking with Carol, while Athena was sitting with her boyfriend, Blake, Carl and Judith.
Carl was feeding his baby sister, while the others were talking quietly among themselves.
"Are you guys serious, right now?" Athena whispered while moving her eyes from her boyfriend, to Blake, to Carl and then back at Leo "The mullet man knows how to stop this? He knows a cure?" She chuckled in disbelief at the absurd idea.
Blake nodded "He said, he knows how to stop all of this."
Athena chuckled and shook his head "Yeah, he knows how to lie about this. Come on guys he is lying." She pointed towards him "He is a coward. He might be smart, but he doesn't know how to stop this. He's just a coward that want somebody to watch over his ass. He is just using Rosita and Abraham as his bodyguards." She then turned towards her boyfriend "Come on babe, be on my side with this."
Leo sighed tiredly and looked in between all of them, before his eyes moved over to Eugene "I have to agree with you." He pointed at Athena "I've been around him and I have to agree that... he is indeed a coward, and I do think that he is lying."
"Hyung..."
"Look." Leo looked towards his younger brother "I'm agreeing with her, because I've been around him and every time Washington was mentioned he would went stiff and try to change the subject." The buff boy looked towards the mullet man and squint his eyes "He is definitely lying."

The morning had found Athena and Daryl venturing into the woods, their aim set on hunting for the group's meal while the rest of the survivors prepared to move on.
They followed tracks they hoped would lead them back to the others and also scoured the area, searching for any signs of the mysterious observer who had kept a watchful eye on their camp throughout the night.
Despite their thorough exploration, they discovered no traces or hints of the unseen onlooker, leaving them empty-handed.
The sense of being observed lingered like a ghostly echo, an unsettling presence that continued to evade their detection.
