Ruby yawned as she stretched out on her bed and as she slowly sat up and looked around, it was a beautiful morning. She smiled as her dreams from last night had seemed so real that she almost believed herself and Stalker had actually kissed.
But then, she looked over at Stalker as she thought about how he seemed to have two mouths-
She stopped. We actually kissed? Oh no, what am I going to do? What am I going to do??
She looked at him as the boy and then as she slowly slid out of bed, she put her hands together as she slowly went over to the closet as she prepared to get dressed.
As she opened the door, she felt her body begin to slightly shake as she managed to strip herself of her pajama's and then put on her Huntress outfit as she picked up Crescent Rose and folded up onto her back.
But then, when she turned around, she came to face-to-face with Stalker and as he tilted his head, he asked her, "You okay?"
"I'm fine.... just fine..." She managed to say but as she walked away, she heard him sniffing the air around her as he followed her.
"Do you mind?" she asked him as they both stepped out of the dorm room and entered the hallway.
"Lets just say you have a whirl storm of pheromones emitting from you.... which all are messing around with my nose..." Stalker sneezed almost to emphasize the point.
"So? What does that mean?" asked Ruby.
"It means.... since last night.... since you kissed me... you lustful side has jumped into overdrive and to be honest, if it wasn't the fact you feared something, I think I might have to wear my helmet just to filter out the smell." Stalker said to her bluntly.
She blushed to terribly, she felt her head get light-headed and as she tried to steady herself, Stalker caught her arm as he held her up and said, "So.. that really did bother you..."
She shook her head as she managed to straighten herself out when she felt herself lean on Stalker until her head was against his chest plate and as he looked down at her, he knew that either she was way past a crush and now was in love but as he watched her, he then decided to say, "I think we should go back into the room... you need some more rest..."
Stalker quickly walked over with her in tow and as he opened it, he looked in to see Yang, Blake, and Weiss changing.
"Wrong time." Stalker said bluntly as he closed the door and shoved his back against the door.
That's when Yang's hands broke through the door around his neck and reached for him and he backed away as Ruby hit him upside the head as she said to him, "Now you have done it. You just made my sister real mad now."
"You think??" said Stalker as the hands went away and it wasn't long before an enraged, fire-wreathed Yang was staring at him with her gauntlets at the ready.
"So.... what made you think you could barge in on us like that?" asked Yang through gritted teeth.
"Um.... Ruby... isn't exactly feeling well, Yang... and I wish I knew why." A lie but hopefully one that at least allowed him to live.
Yang looked at Ruby, who seemed a little out of it and she also noticed she was leaning her body against Stalker and Yang sighed as she said to him, "Fine..."
Stalker ushered Ruby in as he managed to lay her on her bed as he draped the covers over and said, "We'll be back soon..."
Ruby nodded before she lost herself into sleep.
When Ruby woke, she felt better and she realized the butterflies in her stomach were gone and as she slid out of the bed, she looked around as she picked up Crescent Rose. She folded it up and put it on her back as she slowly walked to the door, which had been repaired, as she opened it just as she came face to face with something she hadn't expected.
