To start, Yeganis have sharp teeth, including 12 sharp canines in total lining the canine area of the top and bottom jaws used for attack and hunting .

Their bodies come in many different colours and share characteristics of bioluminescent pearls lining their bodies and colour changing sections on their bodies (face, forearms, shins/calves, tail and ear webbing,) (colours flash and move in heart shaped rings depending on brain chemistry and neuron firings, they display a pulsing pattern).

While individual patterns can alternate between person to person, they all share a heart like colour changing shape/section on their face, legs, and arms.
they have very long pointed ears and long muscular lobed tails lined with webbing/fins to aid in swimming
Yeganis display sexual dimorphism, females having longer, thicker eyelashes to keep water and sweat out, and males having said bioluminescent pearls on the tips of their ears and tails
