"Hindi ko alam na may pag-asa ka palang magmukhang tao." River jokingly says and scan Jianuary from down to up as he raise his brows, The tan-skinned rolls his eyes and look at the long arm shirt.
"Masyado niyo naman akong ginawang puti sa suot ko! Ano ako? Patay? Paglalamayan niyo?" Aniya habang maayos na tinitignan ang kasuotan. Nakausot siya ng puting polo, na may flower shapes na tela sa collar, at may kung anonf nahuhulog na kung anong tela sa parteng manggas, at isang pants na puti, ganon din ang sapatos na pang-pormal.
"Huwag ka na mag-inarte! Date niyo 'to ni Xin after six years kaya 'di pwedeng magmukhang uhugin ka! No na no!" Dart said something and gently pulled the younger one's head down. Jian couldn't help but glare at him, but then Dart just smiled warmly as he placed something on his head.
"Ano 'to?" Jian asks and holds the thing in his head.
A flower crown...
"Ayan! Perfect ka na, bakla ka!" Natatawang ani Dart at doon muling nagpasaboy ng pabango sa hangin. Agad na bumahing si Max, na kanina lang ay natutulog. Tuloy ay hindi mapigilang matawa nila River at Dart na naroon nung mahina itong nagreklamo pero agad ding bumalik sa pagtulog.
"Naghihintay na ang poging Xin sa baba—oh wow! Tao ka na, Jian!" Sumimangot si Jian nung makita ang bagong dating na si Wren at Aries, na sinara ang pinto at lumapit sa kanila.
"Mukha ba talaga akong hindi tao sa paningin niyo ha? Sabihin niyo lang at sisimulan ko ng maghanap ng mga bagong aport ko!" The tan skinned irritatedly said, making his friends chuckle.
"As if makakahanap ka ng mga taong makakaintidi sa kapokpkan mo! Hoy! Kami lang ang nakakatolerate sayo, Jian!" Dart raises his eyebrows as they converse further. Minutes passed by and they're now going out of the room. Wren carefully wakes up Max, who's still sleepy yet manages to wake himself up.
They almost forget, it's Max who helped Wade organize the date for the winners of the jetski game.
"Ang pogi mo, Jian, hehe!" Papuri ni Max habang sila'y naglalakad palabas. Ngumisi naman ang kaibigan bago pa man sumagot. "Dati na, salamat sa pagpapaalala..." He looks up proudly, making Dart poke him.
"Nandito na tayo. Hoy, ikaw Jianuary! Ayusin mo buhay mo! Gawin mo lahat ng sinasabi namin. Makinig–"
"Makinig ako ng maigi at sabihin lahat ng nararamdaman ko. Huwag akong matakot at dapat pagkatiwalaan ko siya, pati na ang sarili ko. Yes, I understand." Jianuary cut Dart who smiles at him as he pats his shoulder. The tan-skinned breathed deeply in satisfaction as he realized how his friends became the very foundation of his self-reflection. He understands now how genuinely kind and earnest they are, and the depth of their desire for his happiness.
Tonight is the much-anticipated first date for Xin and Jianuary. It's their well-deserved prize after emerging victorious in the game. Maybe it's also the ideal moment for them to truly listen to what the other has to say. Taking Aries' advice to heart, Jianuary is keen on giving love another shot with Xin, ready to dive in and place his trust in their love once more.
"Masaya kami para sayo." Wren said and gave his younger friend a warm hug, who returned the embrace eagerly. Max then joined in, wrapping his arms around the two of them, creating a heartwarming group hug. A smile lingered on their faces as they held each other tightly, all the other guys following suit and sharing in the affectionate moment.
