Kesi said yes immediately, after a lot of screaming and repeated cries of "Are you serious?!"

I went downstairs to tell Lori late last night, ignoring Stevie huffing as i said Kesi was coming with us and she agreed, saying it was definitely okay and to not take whatever Stevie thinks to heart.

I went to sleep super early, too excited to sleep actually, but i wanted it to be tomorrow quickly.

"Pierre, 10 minutes!" Sharon says, poking her head in the door as she walks past carrying a very large suitcase.

I'm already packed, but i wanted to pack a small travel bag to take with me for the journey aswell.

I grab my journal from my desk, shoving it in the bag and zipping it up.

Sharon shouts me again, impatiently. I can tell Lori will be rushing everyone downstairs, desperate to not be late.

I swing the bag over my shoulder before running downstairs, taking the steps 2 at a time.

I grin as i see Sharon chatting happily with Kesi at the door, both holding their carry-on bags and standing beside huge suitcases.

"Pierre!" Kesi exclaims excitedly, waving at me.

My grin falters a little as Stevie stomps out of her study with her stacked platform boots, holding Lindsey's hand tightly.

"Hey," i mutter, kissing Kesi on the forehead lightly. "you excited?"

She nods enthusiastically, bouncing on the balls of her feet. "Yeah! I can't believe this is really happening-"

her voice trails off as she notices Stevie and she starts practically trembling with excitement.

"Pierre, is that- is that her? Stevie Nicks?" Kesi says, trying to keep her voice down, but Stevie's head turns at the sound of her name.

She smiles slightly at Kesi before turning back to Lindsey, clearly desperate to not look in my direction for more than 10 seconds.

"Everyone ready?" Lori shouts. I nod, smiling as Kesi bounces up and down beside me, squealing.

Stevie laughs loudly, imitating Kesi as she jumps up and down on her heels, kissing Lindsey dramatically before marching out of the door after Lori and Sharon.

I roll my eyes, ignoring the sick feeling in my stomach and i take Kesi's hand, heading outside to the cars that are taking us to the airport.

I flinch slightly as we're met with Stevie shouting in Lori's face, stamping her feet furiously.

"... I'm not doing it, Loretta!"

Fuck sake. 10 minutes in and Stevie is already pissed off.

"Stevie, it's a 10 minute journey-"

"I told you, I'm not sitting in a car next to him," Stevie's strong tone is much louder than Lori's frustrated attempts to calm her down. "I'm not. I can't, okay?"

Lori sighs, pinching the bridge of her nose. "Stevie, why are you being so dramatic?" she says, stressfully.

"Does anyone have a joint??!!" Stevie shouts, completely ignoring Lori.

I sighs, rolling my eyes as i tighten my hold on Kesi's hand and walk over to the cars.

"Oh, Pierre!" Lori gasps, rushing over to me. "Stevie's being stubborn about the car arrangements, she doesn't want to sit with you."

Lori stares at me, stressed out of her mind, but there's still a hint of sympathy in her eyes.

I swallow hard, still taking in what Lori just said.

"Stevie doesn't want to sit with me?" I echo, my voice cracking slightly.

Lori's eyes widen as she realises what she's just said and she shakes her head frantically.

"Well, what's her problem? Why's she got an issue sitting with me?" i say, furiously, my voice growing louder with each word.

"Pierre, it's not-" Lori trails off as Stevie approaches us, frowning as she peers over Lori's shoulder curiously.

"What's the matter?" Stevie asks. It's kind of to both of us and to none of us, so Lori answers her.

"The seating arrangement that you're being so stubborn about."

Stevie huffs frustratedly, shaking her head. I watch her fluffy blonde waves bouncing on her shoulders as she shakes her head, ignoring her frustrated sigh.

"i just don't think Pierre would want to sit with me since he's been avoiding me..."

i gasp in outrage, opening my mouth to shout at Stevie, but Lori cuts across me.

"He isn't avoiding you."

Stevie laughs, leaning forward on Lori's shoulder. "It's pretty obvious, Loretta." she says, coldly. "I don't know why he's ignoring me, but i know he is. I know when someone's ignoring me."

"so it's my fault, then?" i say, flatly as someone calls Stevie over for the joint she requested earlier. "just cause you think i'm avoiding you?"

Stevie scoffs and stomps off to receive her joint, clearly not interested in the conversation anymore.

"Fuck it. Put me in the car with her," i mutter, furiously. "Kesi can go with me and Lindsey can go with you."
