CH - 12 Who are you?

    Ayaan tightened his grip on Alia's hand, and with bit more force and increased tone he said "SOFIA".
        Alia's hand started to ache very badly, she tried to break free from his grip. Mr Ayaan please leave my hand you are hurting me.

Rohan was astonished after seeing this, his head started to spin, internally he said to himself, omg what the happened to boss, how is he behaving, did he loose his mind. He went closer to him and said boss, what are you doing, why did you hold her hand, leave it, please look around you all the media, students and even Mr. Iyer is looking at you .

Ayaan realized what he is doing, and loosened his grip on her hand, Alia removed her hand from his clutches and gave him a shocking expression. Ayaan was furious, he was looking at Alia, like a predator looks at his prey. Alia was getting afraid of him. Principal Mr.Iyer intervened and said Mr. Ayaan please present her with the award and the medal.

Ayaan handed over the Scholarship and the medal very rudely, but still he was staring at her with eyes full of fury. Alia was scared, but some how she gave the speech and was going back to her seat, but a voice full of authority, stopped her.

So, Miss Alia, Alia Mishra, this is your name right ayaan said with a stern voice?, with every word he was talking alia could sense hatred, but she wasn't understanding why would a stranger show such negative emotion towards her.

Alia replied timidly, Yes Mr. Ayaan.

Ayaan: So the art, painting in the gallery in which you painted a cupid, what was your thinking while making that painting, what were you trying to imply, can u explain ALIA.

Alia: yes.. yes sure, that, that painting, i..
Ayaan: Yes Miss Alia, tell us

Alia was very taken aback by Ayaan's behavior, she was shivering internally, but some how she gathered all the courage she could and replied

Alia: Mr. Ayaan i will only tell few words, Y hurt some one whose only intention is to Love you.
How can anyone hurt a person, who just wanted to love you care for you, go above and beyond for their happiness, That cupid represents spreading love all over the world. This was the concept and my thinking behind that painting.

All the students, started cheering for Alia, after listening to her response, even Rohan and Mr. iyer were very impressed, but Ayaan he was enraged, he was furious, his heart was on fire, as he thought that Alia is Sofia, he questioned himself internally, so why the hell did u hurt me Sofia, all i did was to love you, Why did u betray me.

Ayaan: Go back to your seat, i said almost yelling at her. 

Later, Mr.Iyer started his speech.

Author: Alia was returning to her seat, but all the while she was walking she could sense a very negative and a very hateful gaze on her, she knew it was Ayaan, but she had no idea why was this stranger targeting her. She returned to her seat, but she saw that Ayaan was still looking at her with intense gaze, she looked at him too, but she was confused, because she met this person for the first time and couldn't decipher his intentions.
                            Zoya looked at Alia's hand and was utterly shocked by looking at the red finger marks on her wrist

Zoya: Oh my God, Alia ye kya hua us Jallad ne tera hath itne zor se pakda tha, theek se dikhai nai diya, per hua kya tha? (Alia, that monster caught you hand so tightly, i couldn't see anything properly, but what happened?). Why the hell did he even catch your hand, and how dare he even touch you.

Author: Alia didn't wanted Zoya to know, whatever happened on the stage, she didn't want her to panic that was why she decided to lie to her.

Alia: Nothing happened, i was just about to slip because my duppata  got caught in my leg and Mr. Ayaan caught me, imagine if i would have slipped on the stage, it would have been horrible, he just saved me from slipping and ruining my reputation.

Zoya: Ofooooo, WOW WOW, meri Jaan, what a filmy scene, hero rescues the heroine and saves her reputation. What an amazing incident.
            
Alia just gave a sad smile and returned her focus on Mr. Iyer's speech.

Author: Rohan, got another call from Meera, and this time he excused himself and moved to one side, He wanted answers and he wanted it now.

Meera: Hey baby you called me, sorry i was in class and i cannot attend your call right, you know how strict university rules are, but why did u call me, you never call me during my college hours na, anything wrong?

Rohan: (Calmly), Meera baby, which university did u say, you are in it just slipped out of my mind, my love, can u please tell me.

Meera: Very hesitantly and stuttering she says, Re... Reg... Regal university baby, why what is the reason you are asking suddenly.

Rohan: Oh i was just passing by that university due to work purpose, i just wanted to reconfirm and pick you up my love, il be there in 10 mins, wait for me ok?

Meera: (Very panicked), Noo, nooo, don't i am not there i just left and i am on my way home, we can meet at home directly baby, you complete your work there and be back soon, i am waiting for you.

Rohan: (Furious), Ok we will talk at home.
                
He said this and disconnected, the call. Rohan was very angry and frustrated he was not understanding why meera was lying, there was no reason to lie about where she was studying he didn't care where she studies, he loved her whole heartedly. But the only thing which was bothering him was her blatant lies.

He said to himself, i will get answers from her, she cannot escape this time.
