CH-13 Mr.Iyer's Request

After the program came to an end, Ayaan wanted to confront Alia, (whom he thought as his ex sofia), that why did she lie and why did she cheat on him and did this whole drama of changing the identity. Ayaan was sure that Alia is Sofia, as Alia looked same as her.

Ayaan was furious and was moving towards her with a rapid speed. Alia noticed that Ayaan was coming towards her and she panicked, she didn't wanted the stage scene to be repeated once again, so she hurriedly grabbed Zoya's hand pulled her from her seat and started walking fastly.

Zoya was so confused, as to why Alia was behaving like this, she started asking her

Zoya: Arey arey, AAlu kya hua ye tujhe itne tezi se kaha leke jari hai mujhe tu ( Aalu what happened to you where are u taking me so hurriedly).

Alia: Yar bs do minute apna muh band krke chal mere sath please. (Please shut your mouth for 2 minutes and come with me), don't ask me any questions right now.

Author: Ayaan saw that Alia was trying to escape from him and he also increased his pace, he was getting angrier by the second, and seeing how Alia was trying to escape from him, he was now convinced that Alia is Sofia.

Alia on the other hand was trying to escape, because she was scared of the way he looked at her and his behavior.

Just as Ayaan was about to reach her, Mr. Iyer came to Ayaan and Ayaan halted his steps, Seeing this Alia felt so relived, she quickly left the auditorium with Zoya.

Ayaan was infuriated and his expressions didn't hide his rage, seeing this Mr.Iyer also stepped back a little, because he was confused why was Ayaan so angry. He tried asking him.

Mr. Iyer: Mr. Ayaan is everything ok?, are you in convineant in any way?

Ayaan: YOU MR.IYER, he almost yelled, but calmed his nerves down, because he didn't wanted to create a scene there. Tell me Mr.Iyer, what do you want to say, i was making my way to the cabin, do you have anything to speak.

Mr.Iyer: Mr... Mr. Ayaan actually, i just came to accompany you to the cabin, if truth to be told, there is something important to discuss with you.

Ayaan had no option but to tell yes to Mr. Iyer, they started moving towards the cabin. All the while, Mr. Iyer was praising about the students in university, their achievements, extra circular activities and all the scholarships and awards won by various other departments.

What caught Ayaan's attention was Alia's name, Mr.Iyer started praising Alia, she has won many awards and certificates, she is the most talented girl in our university and we want such students to gain a lot of recognition of their talent, she competed with may universities in the past, but always brought an award to our university...

He was listening to him, but his rage was building up listening to her name, at one point, he clamored, SHE IS NOT ALIA, SHE IS SO....., just then Mr. Iyer's phone started ringing, Ayaan got the time to calm himself down, After few minutes, Mr. Iyer said, i'm so sorry Mr.Ayaan please tell me what were you telling about Ms. Alia, she is not ? sorry i had to attend the call, please tell Mr.ayaan.

Ayaan: ( In a stern voice), Mr.Iyer, first of all don't interrupt while i talk, and second what was the important thing which you wanted, to talk, i'm a very busy person Mr.Iyer you are wasting my time.

Mr.Iyer: I...I am so sorry Mr.Ayaan i didn't mean to, All the Hod's are also waiting in the cabin, lets go Mr.Ayaan.

AFTER REACHING THE CABIN:

           Ayaan was given a special seating in the cabin, and all the Hod's of various departments and even principal Mr.Iyer was standing. Ayaan was feeling un comfortable as they were all standing and he was seated, but then the perks of being a successful business man, he has seen this alot. Yet he asked Mr.Iyer to get seated considering his age. Mr Iyer got seated across him.
  Art heat Mr. Sham, ordered a coffee for Ayaan, and Mr. iyer started speaking.

Mr Iyer: Mr. Ayaan your speech was fabulous, students really got motivated and i'm sure they will follow all the suggestions, which you have given.
 
Ayaan: (With a Sly smile on his face), i'm noticing Mr.Iyer that you are over praising me a bit too much, when will you start the actual Matter?

   Author:  Mr.Iyer realized that Ayaan is too smart, and he understood the situation, yet he smiled and said , no Mr.Ayaan you deserve all the praise, now Ayaan was getting irritated, he took his coffee and started drinking it carelessly.

Mr Iyer, now started telling the matter, Mr.Ayaan from last 25 years, Regal university is doing top in every department, may successful musicians, artists, engineers, doctors are from our university, but now Regal university is at the verge of getting bankrupt, the company which was funding regal university is almost bankrupt, and we are not getting any support from the government.

We are hardly able to meet the requirements of the students, and the lecturers salary is also getting effected. We are in dire need of funding Mr.Ayaan, if we get support from your company, Regal university can flourish as before.

Ayaan kept his coffee mug on the table and said, so this was the purpose of calling me and making me the guest of honor right Mr.Iyer? isn't this your plan.

Mr.Iyer was now almost drowned in his own sweat, he got panicked and said, no, no Mr.Ayaan if a business man like you comes to our university, its a matter of honor for us, Ayaan raised his brows and said, so the idea of asking for funds came in your mind during the speech?, this made Mr.Iyer almost shut his mouth.

Mr.Sham (hod of arts), stepped up and said, Mr.Ayaan its the truth that we are in need of your funding, this is also one of the reasons for inviting you. Regal university is so huge that, only your funding can save us now, we also called you to show the talent we hold in regal university and also to motivate our students, these were the two reasons for our invite.

      Ayaan calmed down a bit, after listening to him, and said at least one person here, has the courage to speak the truth.

He got up from his chair and said WAIT FOR THE CALL, and left the cabin.
