Rift’s POV
The youngest one, Marina by name, was still standing in front of me, mirroring my stance. But she, how do I say it politely… She wasn’t intimidating at all, like not even a fucking fly would flinch by her ‘intimidation’. Unlike her friend Anna who was probably going to come at us at any given moment. That crazy bitch was mental, reminded me of Satan, that man was just out of it if he got angry, and most of the time when he wasn't, well, still, you didn't mess with him if you were smart.
Anyway, the cute little hell cat in front of me was even more gorgeous from up close. The line is drawn there and I can’t fucking cross it. Her body was curvy and she was tall, not as tall as Nova, the older one of them, but close enough. Her light blonde hair was a natural colour, not dyed like most of the club whores had, and her green eyes were narrowed at me. I really wanted to know how those green eyes would darken at me when they are filled with pleasure, that little pink mouth screaming out my name like it was her lifeline. Well damn, I need to get laid. And no, I can’t touch this one. I can’t and I won’t.
One thing that annoyed me was that Spade was actually talking to them. No, talking to her, being all nice and sweet. And Marina here ate that shit up, smiling and laughing back at him. Fucking Spade.
We were waiting for Satan to start talking, but he was taking his time, as always, lighting up a cigarette, which seemed he did on purpose after Anna’s eyes landed on his ass, probably because of the pack of cigarettes that he had there and yes, she was looking at his mouth like she was going to rush through the room and actually steal it from him. Too bad for her if she does, Satan is not to be messed with. Not even the guys dare be on his bad side, that fucker is a piece of work on his own.
“You all are going to be living in this compound from now on.” Tucker started since Satan was too busy acting like he wasn’t staring at Anna, who was staring right back at him, not saying a thing. The man was probably doing it on purpose.
“No.” Anna’s eyes snapped at Tucker and the fucker flinched before clearing his throat. Marina sighed and took over. It seemed she was the talker in the group. Those ones are the most annoying ones.
“Why would we do that? We don’t know you.” Marina asked with a frown, her eyes holding mine for a second. That did not go unnoticed by the guys. Fuckers.“You will understand why at the end of the week when you all will be settled down here, when we will be discussing this matter. But you all are staying here, it is final.” I snapped at her and she gritted her teeth, breathing a slow puff of air as she glared at me.
“Who are you to tell us what to do?!” she yelled at my face and I raised a finger at her. She stopped, as expected with her mouth hanging open in frustration. “No lip woman.” I growled at her, annoyed now. I knew the talkative ones are the worst of them.
“I will show you the house you all will be living in.” Spade said after clearing his throat, coming up to Marina and softly nodding at her. She sighed and nodded at him. What the fuck? This bitch is looking at him like he is some kind of god or something. What the actual fuck?
I huffed and strode through the open door. I need to get laid, and soon. And I need to get this woman out of my head.
