Chapter 2: Familiar Friend, New realization

Riggy's POV: I was walking to the store to get the popcorn for the new sitcom. It looked pretty epic. I was sure excited to chow down on some buttery popcorn for this. 

On my way, I noticed something. I saw a red portal open, and two familiar people came out of it. It was Luna and D.D.. D.D. looked pretty distressed from it, and Luna seemed pretty guilty about something. Then I saw the portal close. I tried to say hi to them, but D.D. almost attacked me. God... is he still really pissed over the video I took of them making out..?  Sheesh...

I continued to walk but then. I realized something:

This wasn't a Nickelodeon sitcom. This was something that's actually happening, in real life. But I just brushed it off, "bought" the popcorn (totally didn't steal it by the way) and walked home

However, the more I walked home, the more dangerous it got. It was 9:00 pm at night, so quite a few people were asleep. There were more portals opening and closing, and the creatures started to surround me.

One of said  something in reverse:

"Snis ruoy rof tnemhsinup ruoy si siht..."

I was super confused, but I made a run for it. I dashed to my house, and they were chasing after me.

I thankfully made it home, and I slammed the door shut.

Danno: "Riggy! Are you okay!?! God, I thought you were dead!"

Riggy: *shaking profusely* "I'm... never... going... outside ever... again..."

Danno: "I told you not everything's a Nickelodeon sitcom..."

Riggy: *yawn* "Well, I'm pretty tired Danno, I guess I'll go to sleep now"

Danno: "Goodnight then"

I went to my bed about to close my eyes, but then, something kept me up.

Those creatures that surrounded me looked almost... demon like... they all had some trait of demons like horns, an arrow tail, red eyes, red wings, or even a combo of those. But they all looked like townspeople though, even though they had devil-ish traits.

Then I remembered that Luna had  red wings and a pointed tail. But she also had rabbit ears as well. I was getting very confused about trying to connect the dots together.

Maybe I was just hallucinating, since I did hear the squirrel news reporter guy did have a history of doing crack behind the scenes.

I eventually drifted off to sleep, trying to forget about what happened tonight.
