The Whispers of Heart

Chapter 4

Adwaitha was lying on the bed looking aimlessly at the ceiling. She heard a few noises from outside but didn't bother about it, cuz she was very much used to it now. She had many thoughts running in her mind, suddenly her thoughts drifted towards Rohan.

Rohan and Adwaitha have know each other for about 11 years now. Adwaitha knows that she has a huge crush on him but tries to forget him because she was insecure. The words thrown at her by Ashwin and her so called father took a major toll on her self-esteem, she felt worthless and thought that she doesn't deserve to be loved.

"I do like him but i don't know if it's love or just an attraction which every teenager gets, but also it's not right I can't let him suffer cuz of my bad luck"

Her thoughts were disturbed by a notification ping. Adwaitha unlocked her mobile and saw a notification from a group chat named "Dirty minded but pure hearts".

" Tomorrow at 10 am sharp come to our favorite ice cream parlour we'll go the theatre together" Adharsh texted them adding the location. Everyone replied with a thumbs up

"Adhwi I want your pearl earrings tomorrow, don't forget to bring it" Yara said or more like ordered Adwaitha to which she replied with a spongebob gif saying ok.

"Girls what are you gonna wear tomorrow? " Karishma asked Adwaitha, Yara and Diya.

"Girls? I didn't know girls exist in our group" Dhruv said dramatically

"Lol This is the only time I'm agreeing to you Dhruv" Adharsh replied to Dhruv.

"You both go to hell" Diya said being irritated.

"You both will die as a sanyasi. It's my curse" Karishma cursed both of them

"Heyy don't you know Dhruv is gay his wife is Viyaan they are already married then how can he become a sanyasi? " Adwaitha texted while controlling her laughter.

"Wtf Adhwi " Viyaan replied being baffled

"She is right you two always stick together like newly married couple, even I have thought about the possibilities of you two being a couple" Yara chimed in.

All the four girls joined together and roasted the boys to no extent that those poor souls started regretting their existence. After sometime Adharsh said something which made everybody confused.

"I forgot telling you all that one more person will be joining us tomorrow"

"Who is that? " Karishma asked while thinking who it could be

"Find it by yourself tomorrow now, I'm feeling sleepy I'm going so byeee" Adharsh said and went offine without waiting for a reply. Everybody were so tired they didn't probe more. They all bid bye and went to sleep with excitement of meeting their friends tomorrow.

It was about 8:30 in the morning. Rohan just woke up, he searched for his mobile only to watch reels. After about 30 mins he finally decided to freshen up.

Rohan wore a black color sweatshirt with torn jeans and perfectly gelled his hair adding an extra charm to his already handsome face. He rolled up the sleeves upto his elbow.

(An: this guy is planning to kill all the girls today)

After getting ready he took his phone to call Adharsh.

"heyy Adharsh I'm ready when shall I start? "

"Heyy Rohan I'm starting now. Better come early atleast we can chat a little before the girls arrive, after they come we ourselves will forget how our own voice sounds like" Adharsh said while setting his hair or say trying to set his hair.
